Welcome one and all

Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Yesterday was a good day:

B - coffee (a+1)
L - jacket potato with chilli and cheese and a side salad (a)
D - Smokey sausage pasta (1 for sausages as used 6 and got 3 portions) with cheese (a), garlic bread (b) and salad

2 rice cakes (4)

I think that's it haha

Today;

B - coffee (a+1)
L - sausage pasta (1) and cheese (a) and salad
D - vegan shawarma (1) lettuce leaf kebabs and sweet potato fries (3 for sauces to be safe as I don't measure but use a bit of hot sauce and some garlic and herb ) LOVE THIS MEAL

S - muller light I don't syn these cause I'm a rebel. More snacks may follow haha can never be too sure. Might have skinny crunch so I'm having my B choice.

Swam last night and swimming again later...
Although come to think of it all my swim stuff is still wet so that's gonna be interesting 😂 didn't think this through did I.

Does amaze me that you used to be able to eat ml but not have to Syn

I know it bugs me that they have it a syn value now because people were stupid and had like 10 a day 😂 if I have one I don't syn it I've actually had 2 now so I'll syn them - got the banoffe pie and jam roly poly ones and had to try one of each haha

My tea was yummy too....
hard to present because need to balance the lettuce leaves so they don't fall over 😂😂

@Blondeshavemorefun quite right giving the wasp a whack, absolutely hate them more than anything. I'll never kill beasties and always put spiders outside but wasps I'm afraid get the bug spray!

L - parsnip, parmesan and chilli soup (HEA) with some bread and butter (HEB & 1.5 syns)

T - leftover meatball pasta from the other night with cheese (HEA, 1.5 syns for the ricotta in the meatballs)

S - apple and a skinny whip bar (4.5 syns)

Getting my hair cut this evening so hopefully that will go towards a nice loss tomorrow Grin

My snacks yesterday ended up as 2 skinny crunch (b) a mini ice cream tub (4) and a skinny whip (4.5) an apple and the tiniest pot of melon ever it was so good and I need to go get more haha 😭😭😭

Plus the 6 from my meals so 14.5 syns i ended on. I have got my booking in appointment in just under 2 weeks and it's in person. I assume they'll weigh me so I'd like my first official pregnancy weight to be a couple lbs less than what it currently is after my 3lb gain. I'm super bloated though so that's not helping me at all!

Today :

B: Coffee (a+1)
L: sausage pasta with salad (1)
D: frittata (a) with new potatoes and salad 🙄😂 (my OH works nights twice a week so this tends to be what I have one of the nights when he is as I only have to cook for myself and a frittata is something I wouldn't make for him haha)

S- Muller light, pineapple and skinny crunch

Gained half a pound on Wednesday. Was not impressed!

B - cup of tea with milk from HeA
L- wholemeal toast x2 (HeB) and peanut butter (4.5) Strawberry skyr(1.5)
D - mini meatloaves, jacket potato with butter (3.5) mixed veg
Snacks - orange and banana
Exercise - 35 minutes walk

It's a modification of a Slimming World recipe@Blondeshavemorefun. I think its called something like mini meatloaves with tomato glaze on the website but I don't use the glaze and I make it with egg replacer as my DS is allergic to egg. But basically chop an onion, and whatever veg you fancy finely. I put a handful of mushroomsm half a red pepper, a clove of garlic and chunk of courgette in tonight. Beat an egg and add about a tablespoon of tomato puree, salt, pepper and herbs and mix it in with your veg. Put a 500g pack of low fat mince (I like turkey) in a separate bowl and soften it up with a wooden spoon, then add the veg/egg mix and mix it thoroughly together. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tray - it should fill 12 - and bake at 180c for 20-30 mins. You can put it in a loaf tin and make one big one if you dont have a muffin tray, in which case it will take an hour or so to cook.
They are quite nice cold in a packed lunch too.

Morning all! Happy Friday!

I lost 2lbs this week which I'm extra chuffed with! I have the next week off work so really need to try my best to behave myself which is so difficult without the routine of work! It's also DMs birthday on Wednesday so will allow myself a sliver of cake and hopefully that won't be too big of a setback.

L - tomato and red pepper soup with a crusty roll and butter (counting as unofficial HEB and 2 syns)

T - chinese fakeaway - crispy shredded chicken from Farmfoods with onions and peppers (10 syns I reckon cause I'm a hungry Horace) with mayflower curry sauce (4 syns) and egg fried rice with peas and spinach thrown in

S - fruit

16 syns in total which is fine for a Friday!

My friend bought me some melon last night and brought it round 😂 if it's a pregnancy craving it's a very healthy one so I'm ok with it!

Thanks @Bl0ndi3! My DSis craved melon so hard when she was pregnant with her first, it was all she could stomach for a few weeks and now she can't stand the sight because she had so much she put herself off Grin There are worse cravings by a long stretch, imagine wanting to eat coal!

I craved melon, mango and peaches with two of my pregnancies I literally couldn't get enough of them.
