I'm on it 100%!

Have 3 stone to lose, aiming for 1lb a week so all going well I'll be there by September

Have lost 1 stone 8 so far but haven't been motivated recently but I'm completely in the right frame of mind now and I'm going to do it

I've ordered 2 new sw cook books (curry one & fakeaway) and bought the 12 week journal so I've got some new ideas to try

Just weighed my healthy extras which is something I haven't done in months.

Today's plan
A - milk in coffee/cereal
B- wholemeal bread

Breakfast - scrambled eggs on toast
Lunch - tuna jacket & salad (2 syns Mayo)
Dinner - porky light sausages (1), mash, veg, bisto (2)

fraggle84 · 03/01/2017 17:29

I was so pleased as it put on 7lb in 2 weeks over Christmas.

What's everyone's food been like today?

Mines been ok
Breakfast- syn free pancakes & syrup (1 syn)
Lunch - pasta bolognese
Dinner - planning on eggs on hash browns (3 syns for 2 baked) with mushrooms and beans

Wow losing 2.5lb at anytime of year is fab but at Christmas is amazing!! I couldn't face breakfast but had a mini babybel and a banana mid morning, chicken and rice with a few grapes for lunch and planning on lasagne for tea. Tummy feeling slightly dodgy though and haven't really felt hungry so may cash in on that while it lasts and not bother with tea. 🤐

fraggle84 · 03/01/2017 17:55

I've never tried babybels but I've added some onto our Tesco order. Do they melt?

I want 3lb this week to put me back to my 2 stone award Confused

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH · 03/01/2017 18:43

I had muller light for breakfast (don't normally eat bfast.
2 SW bars for my heB
Having rice and sticky beef for supper :)

Beckyr86 · 03/01/2017 18:44

My food today has been...
2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairylea and tomatoes
Bowl of carrot and lentil soup
Lentil cottage pie 1.5 syns for some bisto
Also had 1.5 syns this morning with my coffee (coffee mate) pack of beef space raiders 3 syns
So far so good

Fatloser · 03/01/2017 18:55

Babybels are nice, couldn't manage 3 in one go though! Not sure if they'd melt. I imagine they would.

Sticky beef sounds nice, what's in that?

Thingymaboob · 03/01/2017 19:33

Sticky beef sound amazing.
Still waiting for Thursday to go to group.
I had bowl of oats & milk & honey for breakfast (1 syn)
Had sw chips, beans, mushrooms, Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages and eggs for lunch
Just made a lovely soup for tea. Still on annual leave so lunch will not usually be that extravagant!

tibni · 03/01/2017 22:12

Hi, joined slimming world tonight. Have at least 2.5 stone to lose and a little more would be ok too!
Full time work, busy life and disabled child and another child and I have made myself low priority and over the last few years the weight has piled on. I'm veggie and love cheese, butter and savoury snacks. Appreciate any support Smile

Thingymaboob · 04/01/2017 01:33

I went shopping tonight - spent £90! Stocked up on all essentials.

Low fat supernoodles are unacceptable unless doing SW. If I'm craving something really savoury and salty and processed then the chicken and herb does it for me every time. I pretty much make everything else from scratch.

Tomorrow I'm going to have
Porridge + banana with milk and honey.
Homemade lentil and squash soup.
Spaghetti Bol for tea.
Snacks: melon and muller light.
Dreading weigh in on Thursday!
Hopefully I'll have a poo by then! TMI!!!!Grin

Beckyr86 · 04/01/2017 17:20

What has everyone been eating today?
I've had coffee with coffee mate (1.5 syns)
2slices of wholemeal toast topped with dairylea light and tomatoes (ha + hb)
Homemade soup
Lentil Bolognese with spaghetti and salad
I've also been snacking on fruit throughout the day and plan on having a packet of space raiders later.

I bought some Joe's sausages and burgers today, what's the best way to have a burger? With a healthy extra bun? Or no bun? Or syn?

fraggle84 · 04/01/2017 20:45

I've had an awful sw day but I'm drawing a line and starting again tomorrow

I will do this!!!!

My plans went a bit out window due to insomnia but managed to stick to plan.
Skimmed milk for HE in tea and options hot choc (2 syns)
Two slices wholemeal HE with quark, two poached eggs and a punnet of mushrooms (got up at midday) on annual leave and have had trouble sleeping.
Half a melon.
Chilli with rice. 30g low fat cheese (4syns)
Muller light
6 syns altogether. Trying to have a zero syn day tomorrow.

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH · 04/01/2017 22:33

Same here thingy I've maxed out on syns and have grazed without realising (had a couple cookies and jelly beans), so going to have a syn-free day tomorrow.
Hope everyone's doing well :)

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH · 04/01/2017 22:34

Oh I forgot to say I found this chart on a FB group where you track every 1lb you lose, it looks like a great visual tool so I'm going to print it off.
I'll find the link now.

Fatloser · 05/01/2017 07:57

Good day yesterday. Scrambled egg for breakfast, a pear for a snack. Rice and ham with a banana and a few grapes for lunch and chicken and bacon pasta mixed with quark for tea followed by a muller light. Oh and a babybel light! Going to have another good day today (think positive)! We can do this!!! No fatties this summer!!😄🐷

Thingymaboob · 05/01/2017 10:16

Nervous about going to group tonight. Last time I went to this group two years ago, I didn't feel like I fitted in but it's in a different location now.
Going to have bran flakes today with a banana!

fraggle84 · 05/01/2017 12:14

I've had egg on toast this morning (6 syns for an extra slice) then speed soup for lunch. Dinners either a jacket with tuna and salad or a sw curry

Thingymaboob · 05/01/2017 14:25

Anyone else constipated? Eating fruit and veg, my fibre stuff and getting enough water! Grrrrrrrr.
Also eating lots of lentil and bean type things. Hoping for a poo before my WI!

Beckyr86 · 05/01/2017 17:10

6syns for a slice of toast? That seems a lot.
I've had my dairylea and tomato on toast for breakfast, coffee with coffee mate (1.5 syns)
Bunless cheeseburger with salad and mayo (4.5 syns)
Dinner will be sausage boiled potatoes and veg with bisto (3 syns)
I was constipated for the first 3 days but the lentils finally kicked in, good luck at your WI Thingy

Thingymaboob · 05/01/2017 21:45

Feeling very mixed about WI and group.
WI was not as bad as I anticipated. Weigh 12 stone 8 lb which is 11lb less than this time last year. Still got three stone to go.
I found a nice friendly person next to me.
My group consultant is a little annoying- not sure why but it just seems like it's quite clicky.
