New year & new start

I'm on it 100%!

Have 3 stone to lose, aiming for 1lb a week so all going well I'll be there by September

Have lost 1 stone 8 so far but haven't been motivated recently but I'm completely in the right frame of mind now and I'm going to do it

I've ordered 2 new sw cook books (curry one & fakeaway) and bought the 12 week journal so I've got some new ideas to try

Just weighed my healthy extras which is something I haven't done in months.

Today's plan
A - milk in coffee/cereal
B- wholemeal bread

Breakfast - scrambled eggs on toast
Lunch - tuna jacket & salad (2 syns Mayo)
Dinner - porky light sausages (1), mash, veg, bisto (2)

Porky lights are lovely. I've had an awful week. Massive row with DH, an arsehole surgeon was horrible to me at work - ate 2 donuts and a pizza that day. Been drinking wine tonight.
New day tomorrow, boiling eggs, got stew out of freezer

I have really gone off diet this week. Emotional rollercoaster this week. Urgh. So annoyed with myself

Just keep that long term goal in your mind. You can do it. Clean slate next week, no excuses xxx (hope you're ok)

It was a horrible week. A colleague really upset me at work - a horrible surgeon who was awful to me in front of lots of other colleagues. My husband and I have been arguing non stop. PMT and general work stress. Back on it tomorrow.

Chin up. You can do it. Weigh in for me this morning 10st 6.4 which is just over a lb off. Quite happy with that. Up for another good week.

P.S cauliflower rice...never again x
