Evening newbies and losers.

We are at an air show tomorrow and I've prepared a packed lunch. Quite thrilled by what's in it, and should stay on plan. Lots of walking as well.

B: nectarines, strawberries and hifi bar for HEB
D: chicken salad
T: cheese burger with sweet potato fries and salad

Had some hula hoops and salad cream on salad for syns, ending with 8.5 syns

Oh dear.

Flexible friday was really flexible.

3 double g and ts, 2 1/2s of lager, poppadoms and pickle tray, chicken tikka starter, chicken bhuna main, 1 Mr Kippings Bakewell slice, 4 after dinner mints.

Whoops.

Agree with Wing, frouby - it sounds amazing!

Tequila - do you like Mini Milk ice lollies? They're 1.5 syns each, worth stocking up on for hot days!

We're off to do a car boot today to clear out some of the junk from our place...luckily it's a late starter (10.30), so about to try and sort a packed lunch...no idea of what I'm eating yet today!

Today's plan:

B - melon and grapes
L - leftover spiced cabbage and pilau rice with syn free raita while at the car boot
D - some kind of curry with the rest of the leftover pilau

Cereal bars as HexB, skinny latte as HexA. Finished yesterday on 11 syns, aiming for similar today...

So peed off!!!!

I have been so so good all week. I even surprised myself. I was actually looking forward to getting on the scales. I have just weighed and not even lost a pound. It is so frustrating!! I even felt like i had lost weight, clothes feel looser etc..... Does anyone know why this is? I feel really fed up.

I put on weight at my last weigh in but weighed myself today and I've lost it again plus another 3lbs. Noticed my ankles were puffy and my rings were tight so think it was fluid. Made a real effort to drink loads of water and it worked.

Summerblond I find my weight change is a week behind,whether a loss or a gain.. Can think I've got away with a bad day or two but it shows up the following week, even if I've been good. Try not to let it dishearten you and I'm sure you'll see a great result next week
B baked oats heB with rhubarb 0.5 syn and honey 1 syn. HeA milk in coffee
Banana at gym (2hrs intense sessions!)

L small baked potato, coronation chicken h/m coleslaw with carrot, cabbage, onion and fennel, roast pepper, green bean salad, cucumber, tomatoes 1 syn for Hellman's lighter than light , 0.5 for mango chutney on chicken
Grapes and blueberries
D will be trio of veg curries with rice. Syns on 2 poppadoms and tbsp chutney, should end on 9 syns

Just been reading about Mrs Ivy Been-so-good! I'm in a definite danger zone with the school hols, ice creams for mummy to try, left overs all over the place! Omg!

Thank you both so much, i really appreciate it. I actually weighed myself twice, I was thinking this can't be right! I had bought all the works for chicken fajitas for tea (as a treat) to celebrate my preempted weight loss. That will teach me for being so presumptuous! but honestly, that's how convinced I was, I felt like i had lost a least 3lb. I am still going to have them tonight, I have done so well all week. Hopefully it will show next week.

This morning I had
*400g wholemeal
*Bacon in Frylight with visible fat removed
*2 boiled eggs
*marg on the toast

Hi all. In our holiday cottage after a long drive! B was overnight oats, L was half a sandwich (one slice folded) out of the batch DH made for him as the DCs with corned beef and mayo because there was nothing else to have (they had chocolate and crisps too, I didn't), plus a couple of fruit pastilles.
I'm starving now and DPs have turned up so time for fish and chips. And I'm going to actually have the chips! Looking forward to trying to be on the plan the rest of the week though once I've done a big shop for fruit etc.

Wing, it's a break - you've got to be able to enjoy at least one off plan meal!

So...car boot today, and I put the wrong Tupperware container in our cool bag, so I had no lunch, just bloody melon and grapes.

Early tea tonight - lamb curry, leftover pilau rice, baby corn and naan breads made from HexB pittas, 1.5 syns of Flora Buttery, garlic and nigella seeds...so hungry!

Evening all

Busy day tomorrow. Off to pony show with my big baby pony. Lots of body magic coming up so hopefully undo my binge last night.

Todays plan has been changed. We were supposed to be having bbq but dp can't be arsed. I didn't fancy it anyway. Dunno what we are having instead. We live across from a parade of shops including kfc, chip shop, noodle bar, subway, domino, greggs and a thai place as well as a couple of cafes and a Costa Coffee! And a taco bell is being built as we speak.

Hence needING to be in fatclub pmsl.

B. 2 satsumas
L. Hifi bar
T. Who knows. Could be salad. Could be kfc.

Lots of body magic today doing garden potting up and chasing dog from eating plant pots! Worked all day after a good breakfast of eeetabix and fruit so I'm absolutely starving, so it's quick cheat veg curry using tin of chick pea Dahl (5.5 syns) and maybe a wee treat later. I'll try not to eat my body weight in riceSmile

Emily you're right, I know. I've been so good recently and I need to cut myself some slack! The fish was nice and I could only eat half the chips anyway so not a complete disaster!

Frouby I'd find that very hard if I lived that many delicious food outlets Grin Enjoy the pony show tomorrow. Puppy, sounds like a lovely summer's day gardening :)

Oh god Frouby, I'd be the size of a house if I lived opposite that. Im within walking distance to a Greggs and a couple of not nice takeaways, that's about it.

Went to the air show today, and I was very good. Took my own food and drink and didn't stray. My feet are aching now, so much walking.

B: fruit and yoghurt
D: chicken salad, orange, cheese for hea
T: seafood stir fry with rice
Hifi bar for HEB
Syns on salad cream and a mint aero.

Glad to have found this thread. I've just joined slimming world got about three stone to lose. I only started this week and as much as I am enjoying it I'm also struggling
I'm missing naughty food like sugary treats and chocolate!!

I hope I've lost weight I have stuck to it but don't feel I've lost anything!

Well I went to Rocky Horror today (the matinee show) and then - as is tradition - went for a KFC, but had a rice box. Wasn't bad at all, actually. First time I've ever done RHPS sober (I drove)

Today's food:

Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomato
Dinner; KFC rice box, plus BBQ beans and a corn-on-the cob.

HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars.

I'm bloody knackered though...I could've done with a weekend "off" after being away last week but ho hum...

Hey Voddy, it'll get easier, I promise! I couldn't go without chocolate - I tend to make syn-free meals and save up my syns for chocolate and biscuits! If you need low syn treat ideas, let us know...

Today's plan:

B - melon and grapes
L - homemade smoked salmon pate with crispbreads (hexb) and crudités
D - gammon steak, jacket potato, salad

Skinny latte as HexA - we're off out to a street art festival later - and not sure on syns yet. Maybe some chocolate froyo, maybe some cheese on my jacket potato...

Finished yesterday on 8 syns...

Hi all. Went to tesco and got heck sausages, lots of speed fruit and veg plus other stuff for the week ahead so I feel a bit better about holiday meals now (also pizza and garlic bread and things like that which I plan to only eat tiny amounts of).

B was estimated mini shreddies HexB and milk hexa (have persuaded DPs to have fry up another day and I made sure I bought frylight plus mushrooms etc that I can fill up on)
L we went for carvery so syns for Yorkshire pud and gravy. Had plain strawberries for dessert along with DD while the others has profiteroles, cherry pie and cream and cheesecake! DD loves her fruit.

Will go out for a walk once the rubbish weather brightens up.

Em, for future reference, mini fillets from KFC are 3 syns each. Very worth the syns as well.

Been to my mama today for Sunday dinner and I had some crackling. Not a lot so will syn it as 7 as suggested in the app and didn't have a Yorkshire pudding.

B: bacon medallions, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans
D: roast pork, few potatoes, plenty veg, 2 syns for gravy.
T: probably a salad
