I've got overnight oats for breakfast.

Yum yum.

But I might have a cooked breakfast and oats for lunch.

Sausages, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs and beans.
And toast.

I'm afraid I've even checked the Heck website and they don't have any stockists in this part of the world, nor do they deliver by mail order. :-( I've got Mallons syn free though! Pretty boring bog standard sausages but they're good for 0 syns!

Must.Get.Back.On.Track...

EmilyK83 · 01/06/2016 08:22

Ah MamOfTwo, birthday celebrations are allowed! Hope you enjoyed - that's what matters!

Just marking my place. Went out for a three course meal last night, I still feel full...

Today's plans:

B - fruit

L - salad. All the salad

D - something with a jacket potato - I bought some yesterday without planning what to do with them. Oops...

froubylou · 01/06/2016 10:09

Another 1.5lb off. Whoop whoop. So 9lb officially in 5 weeks but actually more like 13lbs as lost 4lb before I joined.

Dp commented this morning I had hips again. It's a cackhanded compliment but I will take it lol.

B. Coffee
L. Am at soft play hell so probably jacket spud and beans or cheese.
T. Roast chicken, veg, roast potatoes and probably mash. Syns for my gravy.

Hifi for B choice, syns in gin.

EmilyK83 · 01/06/2016 10:23

Well done frouby!

nomoreheroes · 01/06/2016 10:36

Well done Frouby, that's good. WI today for me too. Nervous!! Was a bit off plan this weekend but not massively so - any loss will be welcome.

calzone · 01/06/2016 11:10

Couldn't face a cooked breakfast so scoffed down my delicious overnight oats.....

Colourfulpast1975 · 01/06/2016 11:26

Can I join please ? I have joined 4 weeks ago and so far so good I love it :)

ALemonyPea · 01/06/2016 12:11

Well done Frouby.

Welcome Colourful.

Lazy day today. Weather is miserable.

B: baked oats, fruit HEB
D: SW chicken chow mein ready meal, fruit
T: tuna pasta bake with HEA cheese

Colourfulpast1975 · 01/06/2016 12:34

Thank you :) today I had a ready prepared oats multigrain mixed with 115 ml of water and raspberries and blueberries.

For lunch, I'm planning on having giant couscous with smoked salmon and quark and salad on side with syn free tesco fat free vinaigrette.

gadget1974 · 01/06/2016 12:52

Good morning all, had my weigh in last night - 2 weeks in and I have lost 1st and half a pound. Slimmer of the week!

Quite happy with that. Have mainly stuck to plan, keep my syns for alcohol - usually gin and slimline tonic, but did have 2 large glasses of red over the weekend.

So one stone down, three more to go.

froubylou · 01/06/2016 16:39

Wow gadget that's amazing! You must be chuffed to bits. I save all my syns for g and t too. I would definitely miss gin more than chocolate etc.

mumtoblaire · 01/06/2016 17:25

Wow gadget that's fantastic.

ALemonyPea · 01/06/2016 18:06

Wow Gadget, fantastic.

I still have all my syns left. Not sure what to have.

KittyOShea · 01/06/2016 18:43

Been AWOL for a week. After a hen weekend and a little over indulgence on feta cheese this week I only gained 1/2 pound so am feeling very lucky! Next few weekends are less busy so am hoping to get to target in 3 weeks (5.5 lbs to go!)

nomoreheroes · 01/06/2016 19:07

Yay, 2lbs off! Wasn't expecting it to be as much tbh. 8lbs off in 5 weeks which is really slow in comparison to some people but I don't care as long as I lose it. Have just eaten a big crusty cheesy bread roll as my treat. :-) That used to qualify as a between meal snack. Blush

Hulababy · 01/06/2016 20:05

Day 3. Tried the lighter than light mayo today - seemed fine in egg mayo and did;t really notice much difference, but had some with dinner this evening and, I don;t know, does it just taste a bit odd??

B: grapefruit, natural yogurt (FF)

L: egg mayo sandwich (HEb) with some sticks of celery and an apple

D: fresh tuna, jacket potato, lots of salad, plus some ltl mayo; followed by a 10 cal jelly (apparently 1/2 syn) with some mango, grapes and strawberries.

HEa - milk, for drinks
HEb - 2 slices wholemeal bread from small loaf

Had an early lunch due to hair app, so had a couple of easy peeler oranges this afternoon too.

Hulababy · 01/06/2016 20:06

Just cashed in load of airmails and today had a Virgin wine delivery - 3 bottles of Moet, plus a mixed case. The fizz is sooooo tempting!

EmilyK83 · 01/06/2016 20:33

Well done gadget and nomore!

My meal plan went out the window - had a jacket with beans and salad for lunch, then homemade chilli burgers with half HexA cheese and gherkins for dinner, plus salad and chips seasoned with jerk seasoning. So good!

Then quark with a strawberry Options (2) and strawberries for dessert.

Still have my HexB, half my HexA and 13 syns to play with...

Whoops. Busy day meant I didn't fancy cooking and when dp suggested a thai takeaway I didn't argue.

Was lush. I didn't have the starters as spring roll type stuff but did have 1/2 thai green curry with beef and a prawn stir fry thing. Plus noodles and fragrant rice.

I didn't eat the noodles though. That will make all the difference right?

ALemonyPea · 01/06/2016 21:04

I don't understand how those jellies are half a syn,mtheyre 10 syns. Luckily I don't like jelly.

Im not keen on the really low cal mayonnaise and salad cream. I like the 30% fat salad cream and just avoid Mayo as only really like the full fat one. I use plain yoghurt instead, which I'm surprised I like.

Frouby, you should be ok, no point stewing over what you should and shouldn't have had. Maybe do an SP day tomorrow to make up for it, or just don't have your syns tomorrow.

calzone · 01/06/2016 22:51

Lemony.....20 calories is 1 syn so a 10 calorie jelly would be half a syn.

B.....overnight oats
L....packet of ham and packet cooked chicken
Punnet raspberries
Apricot
D....Waitrose coq au vin, broccoli
Nakd bar
Banana
Yoghurt

OP posts:
froubylou · 02/06/2016 06:41

Lemony I am going to do an sp day today. I found them pretty easy last week so should be ok.

B. Coffee
L. Hm veg soup
T. Roast chicken and loads of veg. Syns in gravy.
2 x hifi for heb and milk in coffee for HeA.

Mega busy today. Ds is at nursery for 8, dds friend is coming for the day at 7.30. Taking both girls horse riding to our yard then a riding lesson at local stables, got a horrible return to tackle for hmrc and my house looks like squatters have been in.

I won't have time to eat lol.

fraggle84 · 02/06/2016 08:32

I had a good day yesterday
B - apple and Muller light
L - tuna pasta with salad (2 syns)
D - chicken in nando sauce (2) with roast veg and mash (2 for butter)
Snacks - mug shot
