I was so good today......

B....overnight oats
L....breakfast muffins and salad
Cappuccino yoghurt
D....Diet Coke chicken with noodles and aubergine

Then I had a piece of Maltesers chocolate and all hell broke loose. Am so mad at myself.

Mmmm malteser chocolate I'd be the same. I saw a big bar at 99p in Lidl this week but knew I wouldn't be able to restrain myself to 2 or so chunks a night so I didn't buy it . I'm a sucker for a bargain and buy things such as said bar of chocolate at 99p or grab bags when they are half price etc but end up binging and scoffing the lot, often before I get back home. I'm thinking about starting a money jar and putting the money I've stopped myself spending on chocolate 'bargains' in it after every shop.

Here's to a better day tomorrow Wine

OrianaBanana · 19/04/2016 06:55

That's a good idea justamo!

I need at least one good day to get me back on track, don't really know why I keep going off the rails but think my motivation's just a bit knocked.

B - multigrain porridge (HExA and B), coffee (extra HExA Blush)
L - speed salad with ham and maybe that smoked salmon that needs eating
D - white fish and mash with speed veg
S - speed fruit and a hifi light. Then will maybe have a few snacks up to 10 or so syns if I can stick to that!

EmilyK83 · 19/04/2016 07:50

Calzone - maybe we need to bring that stick back out!! Not surprised you're enjoying yourself after getting to target, at least yesterday was mostly on plan!

I like the idea of the chocolate savings jar, just!

Weighing in at 9.30 this morning, keeping everything crossed for a 3lb loss to get my 2.5 stone award..

After that, today will be:

L - homemade spicy butternut soup

D - homemade pizzas using Asda wholemeal bread mix as HexB, and cheese as HexA. I might have a post-weigh in treat of upping my HexA and HexB amounts slightly too...

trinitybleu · 19/04/2016 08:07

Thanks everyone. That's 10lbs in 3 weeks and I moved into a new stone so am happy Grin ... Still a bloody long way to go but thinking positive

BasinHaircut · 19/04/2016 08:52

takes calzone's stick and gives her a firm tap on the back of the legs

Don't be too hard on yourself though calzone, you wouldn't be human if you didn't go a bit mad when you got to target.

Today is day 2 for me back on plan. Going to my mums for lunch and taking last night's leftovers. She is doing SW too.

Today will look like this:
B - weetabix, skimmed milk, satsumas x 2
L - cauliflower, bacon and cheese sauce macaroni with spinach and salad
D - a kind of biriyani, rice, veg curry, chicken and cucumber, onion and tomato salad
Sn - not sure yet but have all 15 syns to play with today. Maybe a slice of cake in the cafe if we take DS for his lunch

BasinHaircut · 19/04/2016 08:53

And well done trinity and fingers crossed for you Emily!

EmilyK83 · 19/04/2016 09:10

Thanks Basin - on my way over there now...

EmilyK83 · 19/04/2016 10:05

EmilyK83 · 19/04/2016 11:22

Slimmer of the week too!! So, so happy!!!

Well done Emily! 3lb off for me today too, so got my 1 stone award & am now into the 12s, hurrah! 10lb off healthy weight. Although I did cheat a little by not going last week haha, I'd rather not go & give myself a chance to get it off by the next week you know? Psychologically I really don't want a gain on my record - it's not happened so far!
Off to the handmade burger company with hubby tomorrow though so that will be naughty!

You can turn it around this week Huckleberry!

ALemonyPea · 19/04/2016 16:30

WI this morning. I lose 7lbs! Totally thrilled as didn't think I'd have such a big loss as I've had so much food and have been full and bloated and have the period from hell.

Well done everyone on their losses so far.

B: 2 slices small loaf whole meal bread (hexb) with eggs and beans, pear
D: tuna and gherkins with a smidge of salad cream in lettuce boats (1.5 syns), deli box noodles
T: SW sausages (hope they're nice), mash made with light philli (hexa), broccoli and carrots, gravy (2 syns)

Think I will also have some chocolate to celebrate.

KittyOShea · 19/04/2016 16:41

Congrats Lemony. That's a fantastic loss Flowers

EmilyK83 · 19/04/2016 17:34

Lemony!!!! That's amazing, well done! Chocolate definitely called for!

emwithme · 19/04/2016 18:35

Well done Emily and Lemony

Today's turned into an SP day (mainly because I want 4 hifi bars Grin )

Breakfast: Muffins
Lunch: Peppered salt beef salad, apple, pear, satsumas
Dinner: Chili con carne (from freezer) served with garlic fried mushrooms and onion. Satsumas
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

I think I am about to ovulate because I am SO hungry. Hopefully switching to an SP day and having an early tea will help.

I am not helping myself by watching Bake Off Creme de la Creme.

If you want me, I shall be head-first inside the treat cupboard

KittyOShea · 19/04/2016 18:44

Well my first venture into cauliflower rice and indeed tesco home delivery has been very successful.

Now to avoid the donuts, croissants, brioche and muffins sitting in my hallway for charity coffee morning at work tomorrow. Also need to avoid them tomorrow as its weigh day Sad

longlivetheking · 19/04/2016 19:28

Well done all the fantastic losers!

I gained 1.5 which Mother Nature is blaming Mr Cadbury for & vice verse. Wink.
Going to get back in the zone tomorrow and go for 2 off next week Halo

ALemonyPea · 19/04/2016 19:45

Thanks everyone, feel elated.

Didn't enjoy the SW sausages, no surprise, I prefer proper meaty ones. Anyone got any recommendations for a low sin sausage that doesn't taste like rubber?

I do like cauli rice. You can make it egg fried once it's cooked as well, bit fry light, egg and season. Or with Chinese 5 spice fried in after its done.

HuckleberryGin · 19/04/2016 20:01

Well done lemony that's amazing!

I'd like to add some light mayonnaise (2 syns) and a small glass of red wine (7syns)

calzone · 19/04/2016 20:17

Well done losers and thanks for the slap!!

Am back on it today.

B....overnight oats
L....breakfast muffins and salad
D....jacket potato, cheese and beans

Hifi bar

Thanks for those ideas Lemony. Sounds good.

Sainsbury's do a be good to yourself Cumberland sausages pack for 1 syn each that aren't bad. I also get mallons gluten free sausages which are free but I think may just be local to N Ireland
