WI day today and I have no idea what to expect I have had 5 days 100% on plan followed by two day off plan but I didn't go over my total Syns for the week.
I have also started medication to try and sort my periods out which are currently every 2-3 weeks which is a nightmare but the pill side effects are weight gain Shock
Gotta not let that be an excuse and have a good week on plan. It's my birthday at the weekend so need to save up Syns so I can enjoy it CakeChocolateWineBlush

Katenka · 21/03/2016 08:11

Oh my god!!!! Did I quote the Kardashians? [hangs head in shame] Grin

BasinHaircut · 21/03/2016 08:48

Morning all!

bendy you sound like me. I am a lot heavier than I look (to others) but I have always been at least 1.5 stones heavier than friends of a similar size. BUT my problem areas are my face, tops of arms, arse. So whilst I might be wearing a size 12 full circle skirt sleeveless dress, I absolutely wouldn't get in some styles, possibly even in a 14 IYSWIM.

I'm back on plan today and back to the gym after my weekend away last weekend, and DH was out on Friday so I couldn't go gym then because I had to stay home with DS.

I'm so annoyed with myself. Not because I've gained 2lbsback (I was 11st 2lb 8oz this morning),but because I've lost the momentum of the SW way of eating and I need to get that back. I've been trying to get back on plan for a week! Need a few good days behind me to get back into the swing I think.

I'm going to be on here loads this week so apologies in advance for all of the posts about what I'm eating and feeing. I feel like if I write it down here I'll be accountable, and I can check back too.

So to kick off -
B: 2 weetabix and skimmed milk (HEXB and half HEXA), Apple.
D: dinner will be macaroni in cauliflower sauce, with cheese (other half HEXA) and bacon medallions, with a big salad.

Not sure about lunch yet but fancy eggs, mushrooms and beans.

Good luck to all those weighing in today!

Katenka · 21/03/2016 09:26

Lost 2.5lb. That's 19lb in 7 weeks (think it's 7) and got my club 10.

Very happy with that!

Good luck kim

Sixpencenonethericher · 21/03/2016 09:44

Well done katenka

BasinHaircut · 21/03/2016 09:58

Well done katenka!

What is club 10?

EmilyK83 · 21/03/2016 10:02

Well done Katenka!

Basin - Club 10 is losing 10% of your starting body weight Smile

EmilyK83 · 21/03/2016 10:04

Right, woman on a mission today before weigh day tomorrow! Really want 3lb off but it's unlikely with 2 meals out....3lb would mean my 2 stone award...

So today:

B - fruit, yoghurt

L - bread, pickles, ham, salad etc

D - red cabbage and potato hash with ham and a fried egg

Skinny latte in town later as HexA. Syns will probably be in the form of a hot choc (2) this evening, with 3 sainsburys mini shortbread fingers at 1 syn each...

Trashleeface1308 · 21/03/2016 10:12

Hi! Newbie here Smile
I've been a sw member since end of Jan, and loving it! I'm 29 weeks pregnant & I've lost 6ibs so far. Have had a few gains here and there.
Need help with snacking! My kids are 3 & 1 so I'm fairly busy in the day so usually just grab what is convenient!
Weigh in tomorrow! Hoping for the best!
Good luck to everyone with their weigh ins :) xxxx

Kim82 · 21/03/2016 10:30

Well done Katenka. I'm just back from weigh in and I've no idea how I've managed it with the week I've had but I've lost 3lb this week!

Sixpencenonethericher · 21/03/2016 10:44

Well done Kim that's great

Alfieisnoisy · 21/03/2016 10:46

I am joining you. I joined weight watchers three weeks ago but I hate it. I've got a disabled child and I don't have time to muck about with points,. Even their "no count" list is restrictive.

So it is back to SW and what I know works.

Just got to keep in top of my mental health which often scuppers weight loss.

KittyOShea · 21/03/2016 10:59

Well done to the losers and welcome Alfie

LadyMaryofDownt0n · 21/03/2016 11:07

Joining.

Been on the plan for just over a week but I've only really started today. I've worked shifts in a restaurant.... Grab chips & go, no breaks!

Trying to figure out what to do with butternut squash noodles?

Katenka · 21/03/2016 11:16

Thanks everyone.

kim well done!! That's amazing!!!

curren · 21/03/2016 11:19

lady I just use them instead of pasta. So anywhere I would usually thrown pasta in, I use squash spaghetti instead

BasinHaircut · 21/03/2016 12:56

Well done kim!

Went for eggs, beans and mushrooms for lunch. It was delicious!

KittyOShea · 21/03/2016 17:31

Today's menu

B- scrambled eggs, grapefruit
L- laughing cow, tomato, ryvita
D- low fat sausages, veg, spuds

Syns- 1 sugar, 3 sausages, 3 hi fi

BasinHaircut · 21/03/2016 17:51

Meant to say, I'm counting 4 syns for my eggs as I used a bit of butter and milk (although it's probably less than 4 syns worth, just to be sure), plus 4 syns for a cookie I had at my friends. I'm also going to count 2 syns for cheese as I've used slightly more than half a HEXA's worth per portion.

So will end the day on 10syns. Not bad for first day back on plan. Hi five me!

randomer · 21/03/2016 18:18

think this is fairly good for MH because you are not obsessing about food all the time or going without.

Morecakeplease7 · 21/03/2016 19:35

So far so good today. Day 1 and back on track. I can't believe I do this to myself over and over again!

B - 1 x weetabix, banana
L - homemade veggie soup, 1 x whole meal roll, muller light yogurt
D - slimming world pasta with salmon, fruit salad

Alpen light later for my treat. Knowing I was going to be posting on here has definitely helped me to be good today.

Tomorrow we are going out for a friend's birthday to a Thai restaurant. I've never had Thai, any good suggestions?

LightTurquoise · 21/03/2016 19:39

My first day on holiday - I feel like shit, it must be all the bad food, I'm glad I know what my limits are, I won't be making that mistake again - I have had WAY too much bread... I've not had bread in ages, and I've had lots of white rolls today Sad I feel so sick.

calzone · 21/03/2016 20:19

B.....cherries and Mullerlight

L.....chicken, couscous, rice and sprouts

D.....Kermit Bake, chard and broccoli
4 syn lemon cake with quark
