Sorry, meant to say well done for meal planning and shopping. That's half the hard work done! Good luck for this week.

emmaluvseeyore · 03/01/2016 10:11

I weigh in on Mondays too, so I'll join the Monday club. Plan for today:
B: bacon, sausages (2 syns), eggs, beans, ketchup
L: omelette with cheese (he), ham and pepper
D: lasagne (5 syns) with veggies
Snacks: apple, clementine, carrot, possibly some chocolate if I fancy it

I'm hoping for a maintain or a small loss this week. I've been naughty and not counted syns, so we shall see!

Back to exercising this week - I'm planning on going to fit steps on Tuesday. Not been before but it's run by my tap teacher so I'm not too worried. Annoyingly my tap class doesn't start back until the following Monday though :(

Buttwing · 03/01/2016 14:33

Wiggleem I eat loads I snack a lot in between meals too. Sometimes when I put wht I've eaten on here I don't put all the snacks. It's all good stuff fruit, veg, bits of chicken anything really. My portions aren't ridiculous but they aren't tiny either. This is the main reason I like sw I can't bare the idea of running out of calories/points and not being able to eat if I'm hungry!!

PinkSmiles · 03/01/2016 16:39

I joined again but this time decided to go with online membership as I hated the clapping etc. and also I can't really make the group anymore as its moved further away/I work later.
So far so good. Used my syns for mainly butter/ketchup/mayo and already turned down a pizza offer. Also when we were having roast at OH parents I didnt have any potatoes etc and filled myself with boiled veg and the meat.
Having loads of chocolates and sweet stuff over December has left me not actually wanting any so I am hoping this helps me not over syn!
I go on the scale on tuesday so hoping to see some changes after this first week! :)

Superjaggy · 03/01/2016 18:32

Hello all, can I join you? Have signed up to the gold package online today, I have just over a stone to lose and I'm kind of hoping I can do it in 3 months. Have tried WW in the past with some success, a really successful spell on 5:2 a couple of years ago, but I just can't seem to manage a fast day any more!

Good luck to everyone else starting out this week! And well done to those getting back on it after the festivities.

Stellar67 · 03/01/2016 18:49

Plan for tomorrow.....

Porridge with sweetener and cinnamon.
Tangerines

Vegetable soup
Mullerlight

Diet Coke chicken with noodles and vegetables
Fruit salad
