OrianaBanana · 13/11/2015 07:00
Morning! Sorry calzone - but 38lbs is amazing! Well done both you and TTT!
I'm hovering around 17lbs off at the moment pratting about - but I'm on it like a car bonnet this week - SP day today.
B - cereal and milk (HExB1 & HExA)
L - Ham and egg salad, lots of speed, olives (1.5)
D - chicken breasts with lemon and pepper, broccoli, neep and carrots
S - caramel hifi (HExB2 - I only ever eat them on SP days so they are a real treat), nectarine, pear, satsuma.
May well have a drink tonight and maybe a treat size chocolate bar but saving those for the evening when I always snack anyway.
Heyheyheygoodbye · 13/11/2015 08:09
Yeah new thread! 38lbs is amazing, go both of you
Yesterday...
B - banana and an apple
L - tuna and celery with mayo (5 syns) and toast (hexb)
D - sweet potato fries, SW chilli with loads of veg and beans
Milk in tea hexa
tabulahrasa · 13/11/2015 08:32
I pop in and out of the thread, but don't post much because I'm rarely completely on plan since I hit target a couple of months ago.
I've been in target since then (apart from one week which we don't talk about, lol)
I got miss slinky because I've lost 8 stones...but I always feel it's a bit unfair as it shouldn't be about a big loss, that's what greatest loser is for.
cornusalba · 13/11/2015 10:15
Tortilla yesterday for lunch and dinner at work.
Turkey rashers and toast so far, making something mince related to take into work later on nights
Great new thread!
blondiep14 · 13/11/2015 11:23
Hello new thread!
Gutted you didn't get a sash Calzone, but my goodness what a loss!
I started on 6/10 and have lost 10.5lbs with some way to go.
obrigada · 13/11/2015 11:36
Morning, ok if I jump on board? Planning on joining my local SW on Tuesday but thought I would get a head start by planning out my meals for the next week - going to start on Monday.
FannyFanakapan · 13/11/2015 12:04
hello!
I am 4st down, very proud, but today I gained .5, which was pants as I was virtuous all week.
This weekend Im off to see my DD at uni for a shopping spree (nothing fits me) and then its party season, so if I can maintain from here on in.....
overitalready · 13/11/2015 12:56
Oh thank god for that!!
Had a panic when i saw we had hit 1000 posts
Erm im not sure..hang on & i'll add it up.

MartinRohdesBellybuttonFluff · 13/11/2015 14:02
Hi there (waves)!
Joined online 2 wks ago. 1st week lost 7lbs. Have a bad feeling this week hasn't been going so well
Despite eating lots of SuperFree/Speed foods my insides are stuck. No going to the loo here (sorry if TMI). Will be disappointed if I haven't lost anything when I weigh on over the weekend. Have you got any tips please?
calzone · 13/11/2015 16:41
8 stone!! Wow!!
Everyone is doing really well......keep going......
Martin......drink water and avoid carbs if you can.....might help.....
TwoTonTessie · 13/11/2015 17:12
Yes water and Scan Bran if you can bear it. I made a chocolate scan Bran cake and DS said that it looked like an old flip flop. That was what it tasted like too
Buttwing · 13/11/2015 19:51
Ooh new thread yay.
I've just worked it out and I've lost 50lb. Gosh that sounds quite a lot.
B-coffee
S- hifi and banana
L-baked potato and beans
S-yog,orange and pear
D-chicken pad krapow (not sure on syns but shouldn't be too bad I'm hoping) boiled rice
S-cadburys snack(4.5)
Buttwing · 13/11/2015 19:53
And tabulah bloody hell that's amazing you've lost the equivalent of a skinny woman!! I'm inspired!
tabulahrasa · 13/11/2015 20:02
Well not a me sized person because I'm too tall to be 8 stones, lol, but a whole shorter person...I know, it's pretty weird thinking about how heavy I was, because I kind of avoided my weight for years after trying everything else under the sun and failing at them, then ending up bigger every time.
overitalready · 13/11/2015 20:04
Love the fact your a converted Cadbury snacker butt
Everyone has done so well
Cal - Shame about the no sash I'll lend you mine, I never did throw my home brought one away
Welcome on board obrigada
Today :
No breakfast
L - mugshot and so much fruit I can't be bothered to type it
D - Pissing curry again
S - Cadbury snack
Next week I must meal plan better and if I never see a curry again it'll be too soon!
