We are off to Flaine and Cervinia. I can't wait as I missed half of my last holiday with a back injury

Which may or may not be this year.... Sad

@massistar - may I ask which accommodation? I have a similar sized group for half term and we were seriously considering les arcs (did La Plagne last year & had a couple of days in Les arcs and its v good!)

Is this still open?
Not such a happy post - we were thinking of North America but have decided that the possible resorts for us aren't really snow sure enough as we have to go late (with Easter being late), and also don't seem like they'd be integrated enough for childcare (and forgiving enough for our SEN DS - they have policies which seem like very strict US schools).
I've just looked again at Esprit but I think it will be too expensive and too full (for example no adjoining rooms or suites available in St Anton for the dates we want, nothing in Obergurgl, we did go to Morzine but I think the snow won't be good that late).
And we are reluctant to go independent in Europe for the same childcare reasons - so I think it might just be a few Snowdome visits for us this year Sad

HMMM Crystal Ski - any experience vs Esprit?

The main thing that we worry about is the experience and flexibility of the carers, and whether they will cope with DS.

We are planning to ski in Lapland this year! We loved Alpe Cermis in March this year. This is our review if anyone is interested :)
