I have gone to customize, chosen MN classic, clicked save etc and I still have this set up which thank you very much is not for me right now. PLEASE help as this is ruining my relaxing breakfast over MN while DS watches Thomas time! [panic emoticon]

I use google chrome maybe that is another reason I hate it so much.

It's so hard to read
I can't customize the bloody thing and everything is all squashed up.

Even with Classic Mumsnet, "threads I'm on" is way too cluttered and muddled. I can't pinpoint what is different about it (apart from the subject titles being too small) but it not nice.

And as for converting to New Mumsnet, no way!

And I don't like those stickies at the top of active convos. I did away with stickies years ago. Can I get rid of them again?

i'm horribly lost! using google chrome and its hideous (sorry tech, i know you put a lot of work in but where's the button for us die-hard old stylers who can't face change?)

The Latin bit was always there - it's standard to have it for testing print I think.

Hmm, classic doesn't work at all with Firefox now does it. Spacing all wrong and that ad at the top you have to scroll past really annoying.

I've changed to 'new', but there are still some little glitches. Like if you choose to be able to hide threads, instead of putting a 'hide' at the end of each title, it gives me rows and rows of the word 'hide' at the top of the page.

am struggling to read threads because all the writing is so close to gether with those horrid bands between it all.
and this font is nasty too!!!

when you look at 'threads i'm on it is so cluttered and squashed together, it is hard to differentiate between threads, why would anyone do this deliberately? One of the reasons i first came to MN was its clear and well spaced looking forum, now it looks like every other chatroom. It is really crap.

where is the customise bit??? i really cannot use this, it's giving me a headache

gah, i have set it to classic and it still looks exactly the same.

still got stupid font in add a message box.

still got big fat white space down each side of the page. but it's marginally better than it was

F5 makes slight improvement, but not enough. Why do people insist on fixing things that aren't broken!
