Huge adverts making site unusable

I am being plagued by a Taylor Wimpey advert. It takes up the whole page and makes it impossible to scroll. Please get it removed or made smaller.

I've just come over to say the same but some awful German advert.

I’m getting this too. Whole screen advert. I’m using an iPad and Safari.

Yes, also getting KitchenAid and Taylor Wimpey taking screen over, also on Safari (desktop).

Not had the Taylor Wimpey one, but the blasted KitchenAid thing appears every time I click on a page

Chrome on a laptop, no ad blockers and cookies all cleared FWIW, but I'm never sure why HQ inevitably ask for this info every time ... it's their site and surely they know what's going on within it??

It's the size of the ads that is the problem.

Me too - I thought I had accidently clicked on an ad while scrolling, until it kept happening. Using Chrome on a laptop.

Evening, everyone. We'll look into this asap. In the meantime, if anyone can send us a link to the ad itself or tell us where they were on the site when it appeared, that would be brilliant. Thank you.

I'm being plagued by some awful biscuit ad that fills the whole screen and takes ages to delete. It seems to reload several times and freezes the site.

I'm getting it throughout the site. It's making it impossible to use the site.

I'm using Chrome on my Android phone by the way.

It stopped for a few days, but has started up again tonight, in fact a couple of minutes ago on the £20,000 to a mistress thread.

It’s still happening! Just a few seconds ago as I opened this thread. Also twice more this morning alone.

I've got a really poor Internet connection and it's making the site virtually unusable for me now other than when I'm using my phone. Have to wait about 3 minutes for each page to load if I'm using my ipad and it drains the battery really quickly.

Thanks for letting us know that this ad is cropping up again. We're sorry for the disruption it's causing and we're on the case.

Thanks for letting us know, @TinyTear. We've replied on the other thread about these ads and we're trying to implement a permanent block. In the meantime, sorry for the disruption they've been causing.

Just a further update to say that these ads should all be blocked by now, but please let us know if any new ones crop up.

Same here - it's infested with the KitchenAid adverts again
