please removed whatever script you have decided to put in place on AIBU, Chat and Brexit topics. It's choking typing to be 1/10th speed and making it nigh on impossible to type with any speed.

I'd guess it's part of a "bright idea" connected with similar threads. But it's shit and sub optimal.

Maybe get some grown up testers ? Because the kids missed this one.

You'll be pleased to hear that I've left several long threads (on the 'see all posts' option) open overnight, and have come back to them intact the next morning, with no crashing or sluggish movement! Early days ofc but whatever fix you've applied seems to have worked 😁 Thanks again for coming back to update us, it's much appreciated!

Yes, three days of behaving well on "see all", so fingers crossed this is a durable fix!!
