Someone said there is reference to my apology in tonight's West End final - Evening Standard - anyone seen it?

ledodgyrobespierre · 09/08/2006 18:27

I'll go and have a look now I registered for the week on there yesterday.

MercyTung · 09/08/2006 18:32

Blimey, just read the Guardian link that ledodgy put up.

Who is Julsbo then?

ledodgyrobespierre · 09/08/2006 18:33

West end final isn't online yet but will be later, i'll keep checking if you don't get any joy in between.

tigermoth · 09/08/2006 20:01

fab article justine, and hope your typing fingers are holding out.

LOL that morningpaper's super apology in all its glory was in it

That babies/rockets quote is taking on a life of its own - no one (and I mean that literally) can stop it now.

tigermoth · 09/08/2006 20:05

Parting thought before I switch off PC - I do so wonder what Aloha is making of all this.

HRHQueenOfQuotes · 09/08/2006 20:08

MerlinsBeard · 09/08/2006 20:15

Still getting the coverage in the press.

Page 2 of the Guardian for 10/08 'Today on the web'

Here if you have signed up to Press Display.

HRHQueenOfQuotes · 10/08/2006 00:01

ermm - can't see it [frown]

SaintGeorge · 10/08/2006 00:04

Bit of a swine that site.

Works for me because I am signed in.

Does it give you a registration page or anything?

HRHQueenOfQuotes · 10/08/2006 00:05

I'm signed in - and looking at page 2 of the Guardian 10/08 - but can't see it [frown]

SaintGeorge · 10/08/2006 00:07

Fourth column with pic. Zoom in.

SaintGeorge · 10/08/2006 00:09

Hang on a sec, just noticed the date. It says 9/8 yet it was supposed to be the issue from 10/8, first edition.

Blummin email links.

Sorry

HRHQueenOfQuotes · 10/08/2006 00:10

think I must have totally lost the plot - most of Pg2 is the story about damilola taylor, and a bit following on from the first page about HSBC security risks........

SaintGeorge · 10/08/2006 00:13

No, my error.

I followed the link from my email notification that said the Guardian 10/8 was online, but it took me to the 9/8 without me realising.

Just tried the link again and now it is taking me to the one you are looking at. Very strange.

Please feel free to ignore all posts from 11:50:30 PM onwards

SaintGeorge · 10/08/2006 00:36

Now that I have finally scanned all the way through the edition for 10/8 - Page 43 does have an article.

Parp is about all I can say to it.

ChandraVilla · 10/08/2006 02:52

I'm afraid Mumsnet may have had a bad day tomorrow (or today)...

ChandraVilla · 10/08/2006 02:56

just a quick peek at the thumbnails of crtain magazines and it seems there is Voldemort saying everywhere she didn't ask for the web site to be closed or even that Mumsnet is doing this in order to get free publicity.

Alibaldi · 10/08/2006 03:07

So in others words, the world according to Voldemort is that all at Mumsnet are now liars as well as character assassins .
