Oh well done @Tomorrowisanewday 200kg sounds like LOADS to me. I was chuffed to lift 17.5kg on a bar yesterday 😂

Sorry you're feeling down @runningpink but a good holiday? We'll be here to cheer you on from tomorrow!

My calories not so great over the weekend, but have been on the exercise so not so bad. Got a busy week this week so it will be a bit trick to keep on top of diet and exercise!

I have very strong legs WhatWouldTheDoctorDo, if I'm lifting with my arms, 40kg is the PB I'm working back to.

Did give me a warm glow the day I went up to the leg press, and the bloke who'd just finished rushed back and said "Sorry, I'll just unload that for you" - Nah, you're aright, I'll be using that weight anyway 😊

I'm impressed, last time I went to the gym it was 5 Kg weights I was lifting.

Ugh got some lurgy, not feeling good. Decided to do dry October as have been a bit overly wine-y.

Today I'm trying to talk myself into bodycombat. I just can't bear getting changed into shorts and a vest as it's really chilly (trying to minimise heating bills)!!!

No losses here, but I haven't been tracking cals properly. Exercise is good though so that's something!

I've not been tracking, mainly because I've been having to do a lot of business development because of my decision last month, but have been really focussing in the gym.

Still a drop in the ocean compared to what I need to lose, but a start

Hope the career decision is working out for you. Three pounds is a great start, you can do it!

I did a core class - only 30 mins rather than 45 due to time constraints. Interestingly a 30 min class used to be a killer and this one want so I must be improving my core strength a little! Must try and do 45 mins next time. Good to do it though!

Not a lot of exercise this week but no wine at least! Ugh covid, I did a test as it felt like the last time I had it - much quicker recovery though almost back to normal.

2 pounds down this week - not sure how, meal planning hasn't featured in the last fortnight.

Bench press up to 32.5kg today - almost back to my (pre-Covid) PB of 35😊

Impressive @Tomorrowisanewday On weight loss and bench press weight.

Im desperate to lose weight and miserable at how fat iv got but at same time I can’t stop eating rubbish.

I’m considering posting my weight here every Monday for some accountability.

I have got my 105k steps for the week for the first time in weeks so that’s something at least.

Will try harder this week. If I could even lose a stone by Christmas Id feel
so much better. And give me the boost to keep going to lose the rest

I went on holiday in July at a very happy weight, and was very convinced I'd cracked the whole calorie thing.

Newsflash - I had not. Going away for a short break today about 5lbs heavier which doesn't seem much, but is at my height and frame. Anyway - your kind mention is a good excuse to get back on track. I'd be up for weighing every Monday?

I have:
hit my water
Stayed within calories
hit my protein
just under on fibre
Done 10k steps (fell over this morning and now have a sore foot so not pushing it to 15k today, will make it up over the week)

Resisted chocolate and cake at work and didn’t eat any of the kids scraps.

Im more determined than ever 💪🏻

Hello everyone! I've been a bit rubbish tbh, really need to find some motivation. On half term hols and completely indulged over the weekend. Exercise has really slipped too - I think it's the cold / darker nights etc. But getting out for a big walk tomorrow so hopefully that will put me on a better path.

Will try and get back to regular posting on here, it really does help me! I've got about 11Ilbs to lose in total now, would love to do that by Christmas. I've got a big birthday early in the year, would lovely to hit the next decade fighting fit!

You sound like me @TeeNoG I'm sitting at 5lb above what I was before I went on holiday. I like to weigh on a Wed to let any water retention from the weekend wine settle down, but happy to share any losses or gains each week!
