I'm in the car reading a few threads where folks are fed up with the misery and fighting so thought I'd start a new thread. Not for politics or covid or fighting , just general stuff 🙂

I've had a nice day, off work on hols so we took a wee drive down to Peebles and had lunch, bought a few pies from lovely butcher and now heading home.

Just been on another thread talking about UK Covid strategy, them not me....someone posts a data picture they are all discussing ....data from Austria, Germany, England, Netherlands...I'm like wtf. England is not the uk!!!

In other news, been a lazy day, bit tired from booster and arm is sore but otherwise fine. What a pity @Scottishskifun, bloody typical

The open air jagging was happening at my booster place too,hardcore!! I kept my eyes on my phone, hate needles

They bloody well jagged my wrong arms as well and I was too shocked by the whole thing to notice at the time!

If you got both, was one sorer than the other? I hardly noticed my covid ones but the flu jag this year and last was nippy ouch

I wondered if it was the vaccinator rather than the actual vaccine

I'm just about to head in for jagging. I'll start a new thread when I get back but feel free if we run out before that.

I have never been in the Range, even though there is one near us.

The Range has a big selection of all sorts of stuff. Ours used to be Homebase and has kept a lot of stuff very similar. Still has an outdoor garden centre bit and a pet supplies department. Great for craft items and soft furnishings too

I think I have avoided it because it is too tempting.

@GrouchyKiwi we have sparkly Christmas kiwi decorations from our trip to NZ they are my favourite and I love putting them on the tree!

I love that Scottishskifun. Such a nice way to remember a trip.
