How would you feel/react if a new man said the following about your body after sex?

(1) "It's too bushy." Said about easy-to-guess bits, which I had (I thought) trimmed very neatly the evening before.

(2) "Your clitoris is not very easy to find."

(3) "Ooh, your legs are a bit stubbly - you need to Immac." Said, again, while cuddling in the early hours of the morning, and at the very early stages of grow-back - I'd shaved the morning before, less than 24 hours previously.

I want to know how others would respond or react to this, before I say anymore. Thanks.

Seriosuly - this guy is a knob-end. My first serious boyfriend (about a million years ago) was like this and sadly it only gets worse. I look back of photos of me then and I was a babe but he made me feel fat and ugly.

Fast forward 15 years and I am married to an amazing man who worships my body.

Dump the twat - he is getting in the way of you finding someone worthy of you.

Why Immac, when you could shave your legs on his sharp tongue?

Guy's a twunt.

Well done HT!

This is not about you or what your body should be like. It's about his attitude, his ignorance and his misogyny. Anytime you get an undermining remark like that from a man you're with, think about how you'd feel if someone else said it, like a stranger. You'd think how dare you, fuck right off! You wouldn't ponder your own possible "faults". And he deserves the same reaction. Just because he's in bed with you doesn't give him the right to make nasty remarks about your body - and his "you're oversensitive" reaction is a big warning sign. Run a mile!

And I totally agree you don't have to change your body one bit for a man to like it. I'm another one with a man who is lovely about my body and who doesn't give a hoot about pubes and stubble. So they are out there.

He sounds dreadful Get out now bwcause if he can try to damage your confidence at this early stage and over something so personal god knows what he will be like in the future

Gobbledigook · 09/07/2008 10:15

I'd say 'see ya!'

bobblehat · 09/07/2008 10:15

FabioTheWhisperingCat · 09/07/2008 10:17

bubblagirl · 09/07/2008 10:22

i had an x fiance who used to tell me i looked fab in joggers thought it was a compliment and strted wearing them then he started calling me chubby slim size 10 realised then he was insecure wanted me to hide body in joggers and put my confidence down so i scratched his beloved car on my walk home and got rid

you should have said ive never had someone with small penis before

what was that weird jiggly thing you were doing

and maybe if you were more experienced you'd know what you were looking for

sound slike someone who wasa bit crap and wanted to blame it on not being able to see and feel leave him

Dropdeadfred · 09/07/2008 10:23

Sad that it was still his choice to have 'the breathing space' text him and tell him to forget it

bubblagirl · 09/07/2008 10:23

littlelapin our ex fiance sound like same man also managed to leave after 4 yrs stupid me but hey learnt alot from that relationship

bubblagirl · 09/07/2008 10:26

personally any man that doesnt treat you like a queen after making love or having sex doesnt deserve the invite back

i would say no thank you to seeing anymore sounds bit controlling and twats like that dont deserve second chance

id rather be alone and wait for someone better than have my confidance knocked again by some idiot with low self asteem

megglevache · 09/07/2008 10:35

Did you tell him to fuck the fuck off yet?

EthelTheUnready · 09/07/2008 10:37

Sounds like he's been watching too much porn where the "bald" fanjo and a dangly clitoris are compulsory.

FabioTheWhisperingCat · 09/07/2008 10:38

Tell him to fk off????
He deserves more.

I'm waiting
