Working for the Sirdar Catalogue? That's a bit niche.
Eyes that crinkle slightly at the corners when they smile.
Yes to tanned forearms and sleeves rolled up - to just hint at the biceps underneath.
Enough muscles and shoulders to look stocky and solid, rather than skinny. If they do weights, they never, ever miss Leg Day.
Hair - either thick and slightly unruly or bald.
Eyes - bright, lively and with a 'spark' in them.
Clothes - a dark shirt in a thick material, plain mid-dark blue, green or red plaid. Will make an exception for Tattershall - if it's not a wine bar in central London. T shirt underneath. Dark jeans, not skinny or at half mast. Solid boots.
Preferably slightly muddy and with a smattering of animal hair on the lap.
Notices birds, animals or other wildlife/plants. Does not scream and flap at spiders, bees, wasps or beetles. Smiles and does the little play bob of his head when a dog makes eye contact and instinctively turns his head to the side if there's a horse so he doesn't make it feel under threat. Won't recoil if I say 'look what I've found' and my hands are clearly cupping some sort of creature inside them - will be interested immediately.
Doesn't charge on ahead but slows to my pace. And if they are ahead, realises and turns back/waits for me before going into a place.
And if they're caught talking softly to an animal by this point, I'm at the point of no return.
