Dating thread rules:

  1. The first rule about the dating thread is you don't talk about it with people you're dating.
  2. Develop a thick skin.
  3. Do not invest emotionally too soon.
  4. It's all BS until it actually happens.
  5. Trust your gut instinct.
  6. People vanishing, lying & being generally weird is not your fault.
  7. You are the prize - they should be trying to impress you.
  8. If it's not fun, stop.

I also always pay half. In fact I paid half for drinks and dinner last night AND I got the train to near where he lives so I probably paid more! I feel more comfortable this way though...I earn my own money so I would feel uncomfortable letting a man pay for everything for me.

dancingwith I am also feeling really down this evening. My kids are with their dad most of this weekend. Everyone I know is either away or doing lovely family things. I have a date tomorrow with Mr Local but not feeling it. Mr Big has his kids. I seem to get lots of matches on tinder and bumble but they all live miles away and the messages are sooo boring. Blah blah blah.
I had plans for Friday eve with 1 friend but her baby isn’t well so she is cancelling. Some days I feel so fed up and lonely ☹️

Oh and I got a wedding invite today. Just me. No plus one (bride asked me a while ago if I had a date in mind but I said no) it’s in my stbxh local pub where he will no doubt be with his new gf. It’s an hours drive so cannot drink and I will only know the bride and groom and one other couple. Waaaaah

@supercali77 go for a rabbit. I got a wand recently as a second one after I read something on here (if course) about squirting with them. I didn't. It just hurt and was hard to get out and left me sore for days....
