Sorry it's been a bit hectic last few days, what with the snow, work , studying and feeling down.
Dont have any happy good updates I'm afraid..

Had another date yesterday, number 7 in fact since I decided to date again in December. It was a promising situation..until he turned up looking at least 5 years older than his pics..He said he's 44 and he looked around 4r on pics but IRL closer to 50..

I felt like shit yesterday and I crumbled, I messages my NC basically saying I can't find anyone to fancy and he's the only one I do fancy..was it full moon again?
They seem to affect me seriously and I wake up cringing thinking what have I done (As if I got pissed and trying to remember what I got up to the night before)

I think I am beginning to feel the benefit of this NC - ask me again tomorrow

Teens None of these OLD people are going to shag him out of your mind unfortunately at this moment in time ( if only ) ..for now I have told myself that I may not meet anyone again and that is OK . After all a year ago I never imagined that he would have come into my life .

I have no idea how he's doing, I have no idea about him anymore and how pathetic it is but only information about anything remotely connected to his life I get from his wife's Insta..

She's deeply in mundane parenting and their son is throwing tempertantrums: school is closed...

I guess at least I LOOK happy and glam, although feel shit.

Evening everyone. Still NC but googling ‘how to get your ex back’ have come across countless YouTube videos which guarantee results if you pay for their programme. It’s quite shocking how they play on your desperate need at this time. Fortunately I’m too tight sensible to be drawn in. And as said on here if you have to play games to get them back is it really worth it.
But I’m clearly still not giving up hope ... oh well tomorrow may be better!

I'm ok ... some pangs for him tonight weirdly considering I've felt so great the last few days. I think it's because I'm drunk- we had great drunken times together! But I have date 3 tomorrow with my fab new farmer man so trying to focus on that.

Some days I feel I'm completely over him: pain , intensity of feeling gone, I'm able to function and dont stalk him or his wife.
Then in few days or weeks it all comes back as a wave that knocks me off my feet and all I'm trying to do is swim to keep afloat...

And every time it happens Im surprised myself and think: I thought I was over him, trying to say to myself: come on teens don't be pathetic crazy woman:it's been 5 months since I seen him last and nearly 3 since he spoke to me , it's TIME to forget about him , and I'm disappointed with myself I'm not at a better place yet..

teens we will get there -think about other times in your life when you have thought that about people .....

My plan for the weekend is to ring up about the counselling through work. Who knows if telephone counselling will be any good, but I have nothing to lose right? It might even stop me eating the whole packet of chocolate biscuits again - I feel a bit sick now.
