Oh OSJ, that's really shit. Never been through anything that harsh though do "enjoy" a tempestuous relationship with DH that has involved him fucking off a couple of times following late night rows.

I know it's easier said than done but...if there's any chance that you can get to bed soon, at least you'll be slightly be able to cope with tomorrow morning (and you really don't want to be up through the night because EVERYTHING feels bad at 3am even when you're not faced with a crisis).

BTW, how old are your children? Are they on half term?

((((((((((((((((big hug))))))))))))))

OSJ, do get some rest Sweetheart cos you'll need the physical energy to deal with the children and the mental energy to think through what to do next.

I'm off to bed myself shortly but just wanted to let you know that I hope things work out over coming days and will look out for your future postings.

Thinking of you. (((())))

{{{hugs}}}}
If you're still there.
I'm sure he wont leave it like that, maybe he'll come back to talk it through when he's calmed down and thought it thru a bit. Re you not actually having sent it etc.
Even if he comes back to yell some more you might be able to get your point across.
Is worse when they storm out and you can't follow, cos kids in bed!!
You climb the walls.
Hope you can sort everything out.
