Ahh thanks so much Inlector!! Thanks everyone - so glad today is here, feeling good and then I receive a text from my Dad - have my mum and I fallen out? Last night she was apparently crying that she fears she'll never see her grandchildren again, please can I just give her a call, she feels frozen out and that we are at war??

I spoke to her on Friday. I said me and the kids and the hamsters will probably come down next weekend if all ok here - she knows I'm switching solicitors and there's been police involvement.

Honestly that woman!! And him - always in the background ready to just hoover up any joy I might be feeling with their 'me me me' shite.

Anyway - other than that all's good and I'll be back later with a full update

Yep Name, the reality is that you are the one that needs support, but of course when your parents (in particular, your mother) feel that your attention is turning away from them, they will cry out "me, me, me, me, me!!!" Just at how juvenile this is. Ignore as best you can, and invest your mental and emotional energy in yourself. They will still be saying "What about me?" no matter what you do.
