Right - Rottie (my new woman crush) is going to write to H, fuck letters in the post - she's going to email him direct on Friday afternoon just after I've picked up the kids from school and headed off for half term somewhere safe, to say:

The marriage is over, you are verbally and emotionally abusive, your wife's mental health is suffering, your children are suffering, you are to leave the house and you have 7 days to move your stuff THE FUCK out, you are only to contact your wife through Rottie, if you do not comply amicably to this letter we will be serving you a non molestation and occupation order at cost to you of upwards of £3000 + vat...thank you very much now do fuck off dear!!

I don't really know what else to say haha, I was literally giddy when I left her office - she said I've got enough for a non mol anyway, but there's a lot of rigmarole involved and it's her practice to first go 'Oi, dickhead, heads up here, you're going to court at your own cost if you don't just shut the fuck up and leave everyone in peace to get on with sorting out divorcing you out of their lives'

Everyone Thank You so much for all your support messages (Again!!) but I am so relieved. I love Rottie - she was very about how ineffectual Solicitor 1 is but also how bloody thorough she's been at covering her own back!!

Thanks Henry, yes 3 bloody nights unfortunately - the delay is Rottie's secretary, but I don't mind because it ties in perfectly with half term.
