Why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why?

It almost feels like I've had sex with a brother or something.

But I kind of liked it.
Did I say that out loud?

Oh MAN.

We've not spoken since. Awkward.

Grin Sound advice Bunny

DustBunnyFarmer · 10/01/2014 23:13

Duh! I can't even spell male and I haven't been drinking.

Lavenderhoney · 10/01/2014 23:14

Stop faffing! Its clear you'd like to do it again, he like to do it again or he wouldn't come and see you.

Don't mess it up and watch him hook up and you watch sadly from the sidelines. Read love in a time of cholera and see what happens when you faff and end up together too old to shag. No time before Sunday though:)

Am contemplating embarking on similar with way more baggage and I'm not buggering it up this time:)

KatOD · 10/01/2014 23:24

Jfdi so to speak

DustBunnyFarmer · 10/01/2014 23:29

Yeah, be brave and say what needs saying. That way you'll get the information you need about his intentions towards you & can plan accordingly. Hope all goes well on Sunday. Do let us know how you get on. Fingers crossed!

bouncysmiley · 10/01/2014 23:36

I think he's keen! Impatiently waiting next weeks update!

Bugsylugs · 11/01/2014 03:07

He does reply to your texts very quickly

FrazzleRock · 11/01/2014 10:31

He certainly does Bugsy! But then friends always do...

Danny - if you're not the OPs best friend, fuck off.

Bloody Daily Mail, we probably have weeks of sexual chancers and misfits popping in to offer their services to lonely mumsnetters. Sigh.

Wherediparkmybroom · 11/01/2014 17:46

Fed up but I am waiting with baited breathe let us know Sunday!

FrazzleRock · 11/01/2014 18:14

Blimey, what did I miss there?

OP posts:
DustBunnyFarmer · 11/01/2014 18:23

An utter knob fishing for sexxxxxy times, Frazzle. There was an article in the Daily Mail about that poster from Sheffield offering similar the other day getting short shrift on here.

FrazzleRock · 11/01/2014 18:28

Ah right. Thanks for the heads up Dust!

You made the need frazzle!!!! Well done......now what are you wearing Sunday?

JellicleCat · 11/01/2014 18:29

Just to give you a slightly different picture to all those who married the friend. I too shagged a good friend more than once actually. Then we decided we would be better as friends than lovers. Good call on my part as he is totally unreliable as a partner, but a great friend and 20 years on we are still really close friends.

Wherediparkmybroom · 11/01/2014 18:35

Missed that!

FrazzleRock · 11/01/2014 18:54

I haven't really thought about what to wear. I'm just going to be my normal self and put on whatever I feel like, depends on the weather too.
I don't want to get stressed about it as it's a normal day out with my friend, just see what happens Smile
But probably skater dress, big jumper over the top, warm tights, my little black pixie boots, and my huge warm cosy Top Shop bargain leopard print coat. Or something like that!

Ok for the outer clothes, just make sure you've got your best undies on....

LizzieBelle · 11/01/2014 21:00

Have you read the book called 'One Day'?

FrazzleRock · 11/01/2014 21:20

I have done Lizzie. I've also seen the film, though I can't remember much of it apart from the bicycle crash....

I just think the theme tells you that you should grasp the day, not wait till the end. Not all men are in it just for the sex. Men are not complex like women.
Good luck for today x

FrazzleRock · 12/01/2014 14:38

Sorry to disappoint. He can't make it.
He was working until very late last night and isn't feeling great today. Besides, the weather has turned grim.

I'm actually really not feeling this whole thing anyway. I think I got a bit ahead of myself, but in reality, I really cannot see us together in the long run. I think he's really get on my nerves. He's great in small doses, but day in day out? Hmm....

nopanicandverylittleanxiety · 12/01/2014 14:52

I know what you mean. I'm not sure if it's the older I get or the longer I've been single but think day in day out I would find anyone an irritation.

FoxyHarlow123 · 12/01/2014 16:35

I'd move on frazzle. If u were mad keen, a late night wouldn't put u off seeing someone. Cut your losses and fish in other pools! :-)
