This is a follow on from the first thread I done in AIBU here's the link

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1867926-WIBU-to-move-out-and-take-everything

I can't thank everyone enough for all the help and support you've given me. It's been invaluable and you lovely people have helped get me out of a really dark place and are still doing so. When I read the start of my old thread and think about how I felt 8 weeks ago I never thought I'd be where I am now and even though I still have a long long way to go I wouldn't be half way here if it wasn't for the support here very soppy but so true

I hope I don't lose anyone moving to here

Oh no, poor little mite! Still, at least she's on the mend, and if she reacted you know the jab has "taken" and she's getting a good immune response, so there is that?

Hope she feels better soon, and you both have a good night's sleep.

It's quite mild & sunny here, lovely day for a walk :)

I was thinking... dd was in hospital, which is rubbish... however whatever crap your ex throws at you cafcass etc, you have just showed what a good mum you are, and she was checked in hospital & was fine.

Have a nice day :)

FarOverTheRainbow · 17/01/2014 12:17

shes fine now thankfully they just really seemed to knock her around worse then ever before

DD has always been one of these babies that picked thing up.amd.got.poorly often but sinxe shes stopped seeing him shes had 1.snotty nose and been perfect

more people have been looking for me with papers today. my solictor said that she doesnt know if there will be legal.aid in place before tje court date and I could ask.for it to be postponed but anyone know what my chances are of that?

I don't, I'm sorry - what was your solicitor's opinion on the likelihood of that being okayed? (And is this still the one you feel wary about, or is it a new one?)

I had the whooping cough vaccine recently because they rec it now in late pregnancy to protect the baby, and it made me feel really rough, too. My consolation was that the response meant it was working, and the baby would be protected. And it's good that she is healthier, away from all the stress and tension.

FarOverTheRainbow · 17/01/2014 21:03

its the same solictor Sad I couldnt find one that was rated higher and that were able to.take legal aid

she has saod we'll cross that bridge if we come to it
