The One Before

And All Others Before That

So, this is The Brave Babes Battle Bus.

All are welcome, regardless of your background, stage of sobriety, or anything else. Smile

I'm Mouse and have been here since June 2010, and in control of my drinking since August 2nd 2010.

You will find unconditional support here. Always.

Whatever you feel about drinking (or not), we've been in your shoes. Some more than once.

So, come say hi, come grab a seat. There is always an open door and a warm welcome on this Bus.

Yay, the man from the Woolwich says Yes. In principle I am allowed to increase my morgage to pay off XH so then the house will be mine!

Glad to hear from you Desire

desireischanging · 16/03/2011 12:20

The financial side has been taken care of Mouse, she gets 2 pensions which will cover her stay.

Mouseface · 16/03/2011 13:04

Zany - DH had to do that to buy his X out. She was vile, uttlery vile and trashed the place before she went.

It took us ages to make it habitable.

Great news for you lovely xxxx

Good afternoon all,

well, rather terrible morning at work, to the extent that I cried all the way home in the car!

Oh well, day off tomorrow, but I am not going to let those two things send me off!

I have just hung out the washing, and it's all blowy, and sunny...just what I needed. Deep breaths, it's only work, no-one died.

Soooo good to see the bus all busy again. I don't actually live in Brighton Indie, but I wish I did. May I suggest a day trip tomorrow, if that's ok with you driver Silver:

How about a drive to Brighton Marina, a walk around the perimeter wall, having a snoop at the yachts, then walking all the way along the seafront into Brighton, and having fish and chips on the beach, then walk back, and have a snooze in Gerald on the way home? Makes me feel feel relaxed just writing it down Smile.

thursomuchtolookforwardto · 16/03/2011 14:23

Thanks all, taking the few minutes to write that post has almost completely de-stressed me. Thanks Grin

bafanatheSober · 16/03/2011 14:24

Hey desire I managed to x posts with you, trying to multitask badly!! Look after yourself sweetie, sorry that you are having a difficult time of it.

bafanatheSober · 16/03/2011 14:24

thurso always better out that in Grin Grin

desireischanging · 16/03/2011 14:32

Thanks everyone but, you know what, I am just going to try and keep it in the day today, it's one of those things I can't change. Today I can choose not to drink and I have chosen that for today.

www.woodiesdiner.com/

rats, can't make it go blue! How do you do a link?

thursomuchtolookforwardto · 16/03/2011 15:34

Snoop at the houses even Smile,
might get arrested for snopping!

dementedma · 16/03/2011 15:36

count me in for the trip to the seaside. i lived in St.Leonards for a year and loved to walk along the crunchy, pebbly beach.
Lucky living up here that the beach isn't far at all - chilly though as it's the North Sea but very bracing!

desireischanging · 16/03/2011 15:36

Ooooh count me in .... I love Fat Boy Slim:):)

Mouseface · 16/03/2011 15:37

Grin Ahahahahahaaaaaaa IsinDe I sound like that too some days.

I asked DD if she wanted a 'gloss of mapple and ango juice' last week! I'm putting it down to age exhaustion. Wink

Put two of these at the front of the link and two at the back.

like this

OP posts:
Mouseface · 16/03/2011 15:41

If you put the web link in and then a SPACE and then type see here You'll get just 'see here' in blue to link.

Do you get any of that or am I confusing you?

OP posts:
Mouseface · 16/03/2011 15:43

Bugger! I wasn't trying to link.
