Why was I crying?
Because I am so close to losing everything, because I have let everyone down, because I really hate myself, because I don't really know how to go on or whether I can or if I want to, because I just want a little bit of hope and strength and I feel like I don't have any because I have thrown it all away. And emotional - I didn't mean that to be denial - maybe it was - more that there are so many emotions - relief to be in the right place at last in AA, relief to feel loved for the first time in years, frightened at how far I have to go (stop projecting).
And more but I need to not cry now as my mum has made it to 60 and I am going to go out with my family and celebrate it, for her, and today, it's not at all about me.

And Silver there are no rules about needing to sit down in AA. Take a good dose of non-addictive ibuprofen and go. I will if you will.

So not!!That was shared with dh but still, i am clearly not in a health place and am trying to move into one!
