Just ordered the Playmobil police seaplane for DS2 for £5 rather than £30!!

My Very Order refund has not been credited back to me and yet Marshall Ward credited back the discount on the next day.

I will be keeping part of my very order but returning the other for a refund.

We all knew there was a chance some wouldn't go through so it's not odd they were going to correct the glitch a some point.

Yeah I did find that quite insulting Lilyloo actually. As if we were the ones doing something wrong when others were taking the total p**s!

How is saying it's odd insulting ?
I mean it's odd that they have singled out only 3 of you but let the other orders go.
Loads of people did this from other forums too so i think it's very unfair to only stop 3 of you getting your order.

I think it must have been totally random- enough of us used the codes that one or two might have been picked up in random checks.

I didn't read it as an insult either. In fact Lilyloo was just repeating what reallywoundup had first said so let's just leave it shall we? It's a shame you didn't get to use the code but it isn't the fault of those who did.

Just found another for those of you who aren't too angry with the company and would like to chance it. ZQ348 apparently gives £20 off a £20 spend at Littlewoods. Haven't tried it yet myself so don't know if it works.

Apparently works on Littlewoods & Great universal but not the others.

I will give this one a miss- too soon after my last order- they may spot it! lol

FWIW I'm waiting for mine to go wrong. I placed an order and the parcel didn't arrive. They said they had delivered it and a signiture had been received for it, asked me to ask all the neighbours which I did, no joy. Four days later delivery man turns up with said parcel Told me I couldn't sign for it as machine was broken and he didn't have paperwork with him again. I rang and told the company parcel had arrived, delighted they were. Checked bank account to find they had refunded me for said missing items!!! Not only that but they have refunded the full price of £29 and not the discounted price!! I've sent them an email pointing out there error so am fully expecting to be told that I wasn't entitled to the discount. After all of that I don't think I will be using these codes again, I can't stand the stress

I placed order once on my account and once on husbands, one they've refunded and other they said i weren't entitled to discount.

ScattyKitty, i dont read LillyLoo`s post insulting either. She has been on this thread from start and kept people positive. Im sorry it did not work for some people, i agree its the Littlewoods, honouring the code to some and outing a few of them,too
ZQ348 works on other catalogues,too. Unless they now sorted.
