Excellent Littlewoods code - £25 no min spend for existing customers!

Just ordered the Playmobil police seaplane for DS2 for £5 rather than £30!!

I think the code may have been meant for a £50 order but there was obviously a glitch which was their mistake so they should honour it.

Thanks ladies will keep an eye on my statement.

How strange - that most certainly looks long sleeved to me - they must have got your order wrong.

They debit you the full amount and then credit you for the voucher separately.

I know this as I do some work for Shop Direct (who own Littlewoods).

Got my items today.Have been a littlewoods account holder for years.The statement always shows full price even if i use a voucher sent to me by them.

That looks like a long sleeved top to me too There is one customer comment saying that it was not what she was expecting - short sleeved rather than long sleeved. I would call them up, say you want to exchange it, but can they please honour the discount code? Can't hurt to be cheeky

Lilyloo - does look long sleeved on picture. There is a review from ctober just below it and they have complained about the same thing.

I sed a £30 off code on a buggy a week ago, it arrived with a ripped raincover so I rang them up and asked them to collect it and replace it with a new one and they did and let me use the code again on the new one too.

Pick something else for the same amount thats more suitable and they will let you swap it and keep code price.

If you look close the tshirt only goes just passed te elbow,

the problem is its a white top on a white manaquin (sp?) so looks like its the arms of the top.

Just looked at my order status thing and supposedly some of my order has been delivered. So where is it then? No card through door.

What method of delivery was anyone's delivered by?

Have phoned and found out it was delivered at a time when we were out, so it may have been left with the neighbours (who appear to be out at the moment). Will try and find out whether they have it either later on or tomorrow.

Have checked round the back of the house where things sometimes get dumped but will do that in daylight as well I think.

Seems not to work on my account

Part of one order has arrived, but the rest is expected in 2 weeks. Not impressed if they are taking the full amount and hanging on to it until then, but on the other hand, no-one forced me to use the codes and it was a risk I chose to take. Am pretty confident it will all work out in the end though.

Lockets - it can sometimes be a couple of days before the refund shows up on your account.

I had a card through the door today saying they tried to deliver a parcel but it has been returned to depot because I wasn't in. Guess that is probably one of my orders.

mine arrived around 5.40 tonight, am confused now though because I tried to put an order through for £25 and didnt get a email confirmation so tried again no email so did another one and added £1.50 crayons and tried a different card, went through and got email and delivered today, however, original card (no email either time) has 2 pending transactions for £25 each????

Thanks all have emailed them querying the long / short sleeve will wait and see. Saw the other ladies comment too , the sleevs are really short not even to the elbow!Thought i was going mad there for a minute.

If you look on your transaction history it shows whether they have debited / refunded your card.

Lockets can you not sell the peppa pig train on ? At least make some money back that way ?

Just checked online all payments have gone out now and all discounts refunded back to bank

DS's shoes are too big but not gonna rock the boat trying to return them and get another size at same dscount price so will put them away for a few months.

IdrisTheDragon did you find your parcel? I have the same problem as you, online it states my parcel has been delivered but I haven't received it. No card has been left and I have plenty of places around the outside of the house where it could have been left but it hasn't. I have sent an email query to find out what has happened to it.

On a happier note all goods have been charged for and all discounts have been refunded so am happy
