Just ordered the Playmobil police seaplane for DS2 for £5 rather than £30!!

Have done my order for various craft things and a couple of card games for £0 . Did have an order of £24 but that confused their system too much.

How quickly does email confirmation come through?

As I won't believe it until it properly works, IYKWIM and the order page said they would email confirmation when it is safely processed.

Have you got a confirmation email, BC? If you have & the discount is on there I would think it has gone through.

When you recieve your goods the statement will show full price but don't panic as they take out full price & then immediately refund you the discount, which will show up on your bank statement.

Yes you can also use on Marshall ward - I have just tried it although not completed my order yet as still looking for a second item (my first choice was out of stock)

So why when I log in does it say I have no orders and no email. I have an order number. Knew I should have spent 50p rather than no money. Bother.

Although I suppose if they don't think I have an order maybe I could try again and make it just a little bit of a bigger order.

I paid by card & got my confirmation through straight away. A friend has just informed me it also works on Great Universal if that is any help to anyone!

Check your email confirmation, if the discount is not on there, you have been charged full price.

LJ29 - on Littlewoods I paid by card and got instant confirmation email

Have registered with Marshall Ward and also got discount. Again, confirmation email came through immediately. With M Ward I had to re-enter the site to go and pay with card after ordering. Ordered the same AH plane for DD's best friend.

Really really pleased.Just spent £20 on two gifts (inc delivery) which were worh £66!
