This prepping for a pandemic pack was posted one one of the previous threads, I thought I’d post for this thread as there’s more people joining the threads. I had a quick scan through the last couple of thread to find a list that’s been posted a few times but couldn’t find it. The pack seems a bit end of days in some parts buts it’s got some useful ideas.

I don't like playing the numbers game, but from a modelling point of view, I think you are under predicting the weeks growth I'm afraid.

One of the areas is listed as two in the MEN but zero on the government regional list.
It was actually three yesterday for that area.

Bought a ring fit for the switch in case of lockdown but are there any other games for it or is the game that comes with it the only game?

Among the 6387 positives:

2180 are found in home isolation
3557 hospitalized with symptoms
650 in intensive care

Yesterday:

5061 people who test positive for the virus.

589 people have been healed.

2651 patients hospitalized with symptoms
567 are in intensive care
1843 are in home isolation.

233 have died, however, this number can be confirmed only after the Istituto Superiore di Sanità has established the actual cause of the death.

Today I've bought a Braun in ear thermometer after realising my old oral thermometer doesn't read past 35.4C

I've dettolled all the handles and switches in my house and have sat in reading Jane Austen and admiring the blossom on the trees from my living room window rather than mixing in public today.

Freezer and cupboards remain full from prepping several weeks ago. Glad I did it then so as not to add to the misery of people who can't buy bog rolls and soap. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

Yes, OhYouBadBadKitten that was my first reaction I’m afraid (re numbers)

Hopefully it will make the WHO clamp down and make other countries (i.e Ours) put measures in place more quickly

I don't believe the WHO can make anything happen.

Ultimately any decisions rest with BoJo / COBRA / the Cabinet.

WHO just co-ordinate a worldwide view of what is happening and provide guidance (plus additional support for 3rd world countries).

Says on the page that a product of the same characterises may be sent if they are out if stock, some items are showing as out if stock on their order page snd the one I ordered isn’t, will see what happens
