It took me 3 years to conceive DD, surely this isn’t isn’t the world’s faintest positive?

I think I’m roughly 12DPO, on day 30 of my 32ish day cycle anyway. Had sex once.

DH thinks he can’t see anything at all. I think I can. Precious DD is TINY.

I think you’d need to do another FRER to be able to compare. Might be faint on the one you’ve done this morning but might have been darker on the FRER IYSWIM
Hope you get the answer you want

Totally agree! Don’t have any FRERs though, I’ll see if I can get some later though.

@snowbellsxox I just tried to zoom it in and it’s quite blurry

@3yearsversus3minutes, I definitely see the line on the this mornings test but it’s SUPER faint. Are you using the early detection tests? I bought a load of ultra sensitive One Step ones from Amazon for about £5 and they were good for testing early and often. I’m sorry you haven’t got a clear answer yet OP, try again this afternoon (my lines were also darker in the afternoon with a 3-4hr hold).

Morning! Thanks! It’s just an Asda own brand one. The sensitivity is 25, FRER is 10, I think? So quite a difference. I’ll try again this afternoon.

Yes I think you may be really early on :) keep us updated!

B1993 · 20/11/2022 08:10

@3yearsversus3minutes I actually think FRER is 6! I tested at 10DPO with those and got a super dark line and by 14DPO it was a dye stealer (only just though). They’re definitely the most sensitive but after reading so many stories of bad indents, it’s hard to know if you can trust the results! But, I do see a line on your other tests so it’s definitely probable that you are. 😊

What a roller-coaster hope things work out OK for you OP x

FRER is 6.5 I believe so ultra sensitive if you're using the early result ones? Hope everything works out OP. Thinking of you in a whirlwind time! (And congrats on your new little one!)

Just wait a few days as your not helping yourself. You obviously had a horrendous time getting your baby and no matter how daunting another baby would be you don’t want to start to accept look forward to something that might not be. I hope you understand what I mean. Enjoy your baby and her first Christmas 🎄

I totally get what you’re saying. However if I am to have a successful pregnancy, I need to start on a huge cocktail of drugs pretty much immediately, including twice daily injections. I really wish I had the option of taking a relaxed approach.

I'm not sure I can see a line. But it took 2.5 yrs to conceive my first and 2 months to conceive my second, just over a year later, so it can definitely happen like that.

Test from this morning is SO faint. This is confusing!

I don’t see anything on this one OP. The lines were definitely there on the FRER but I think given other posters’ recent experiences with these test, they are likely to be indents. Xx

MontyK · 20/11/2022 11:31

Can you do a digital test to be sure?

3yearsversus3minutes · 20/11/2022 14:14

Got some more FRERs. The latest one is the bottom one.

The lines look grey in the photo, they’re pink in RL

They are positive.

mrssunshinexxx · 20/11/2022 14:18

Congratulations

ofwarren · 20/11/2022 14:28

They look positive to me!

silverpinecones · 20/11/2022 14:31

Sorry if this has already been said but could you try one of those ones that's actually says "pregnant" or "not pregnant"? We had this with our first so just decided to go for one that told it to us straight!!

If it is - congrats! I get what you mean about feeling guilty though but I'm sure you will work it out!

Penhaligon · 20/11/2022 14:31

Looks like you're pregnant! Congratulations!

Whiskeypowers · 20/11/2022 14:38

If they’re pink in rl appeared within the window and not grey then they are positive

Immitchell · 20/11/2022 14:48

Definitely getting more positive.
Just a personal story for you
I had multiple losses and then a cocktail of medication (including injections twice a week etc) in my first ongoing pregnancy.
I then unexpectedly got pregnant after one upsi when dc1 was a few months old.
We decided not to have all the medication as it had made the first (ongoing) pregnancy so uncomfortable.
Dc2 was born safe and sound despite that. They are so close (now both teens) and I'm so glad things turned out as they did. My only regret is the amount of time I spent stressing about the effect on dc1 (any effect was entirely positive).
Good luck.

PartyLikeItIs1999 · 20/11/2022 14:51

That's a line - congratulations!

Oh that’s amazing to hear. Thank you so much. That’s so comforting 💐
