I've posted on another thread but didn't want to derail so made my own.

I've just taken the second lot of tablets internally and I am absolutely terrified of what's going to happen!

I've had no bleeding so far just cramps.
I can take some ibuprofen at 2.15 and codine at 4.15 again plus I feel really sick now but I'm not sure if that's my anxiety.

Is there anyone who's free to keep me company while I have to go through this, I literally am thinking all sorts, to I'm going to bleed to death to I'm going to see something horrendous when I pass something 😭

@ohdoriswheresthesalad I am gutted for you. Just RTFT and I can hear your stress.

I have no advice - I've never been in this position.

It's got to be awful knowing you have to carry on for another two weeks.

I really hope you have some decent real life support and fuck, just be kind to yourself. Sleep, eat, fuck work off, sob, mope. So whatever you need to, to get through the next few weeks. It feels really unfair.

Also the PPs suggestion of counselling if you can get it anywhere. This is a head fuck that no one should have to go through.

I'm still being so violently sick it's just awful, I don't know what to do with myself!

I wish we could have a big hug now - I've just returned from Marie stopes having requested a follow up scan and guess what, there is still tissue etc there. So here I go with second set of 6 tablets - hoping that works and that I don't need surgical too. The doctor said this can happen with twin pregnancies - glad I trusted my instinct and had that appt.

Taking tablets today and have another scan booked in for next Friday.

Life, eh?

Just taken second lot. This is what I was worried about as it was twin with two sacs etc so hopefully not a common thing!

I think I'm going to have to get a sick note from work I can not carry on like this for 2 weeks and cope with work as well, people are going to guess for sure with my constant vomiting. My kids are always asking questions - I've told them it's vertigo 🤦🏽‍♀️
It's so bad I can't even go downstairs if someone is eating or cooking because of the smells. Cups of tea anything like that makes me vomit 🤢

Thanks for checking in, I've mainly got an upset stomach but no bleeding although nurse says this may take longer as most was out in first meds.

Started feeling very shivery and cold but recovered from that, now just feel I may puke!

I think every step of this pregnancy I've been in the unfortunate minority from conception to second meds attempt, so (as I sense you're feeling) I'm not really rocking a positive mindset right now!

We had booked to fly in 2 weeks but a bit worried about that as kind of assuming I'll end up with surgical treatment as well.

How's the sickness? Xx

Have you got some paracetamol or codine on hand in case of?

I know exactly what your saying in regards to positive mindset, how can we be?! This is just not fair is it.

Sickness has ramped up a gear - 17 times so far today 🤢 phoned gp they've left more anti sickness pills different ones this time - again!

I don't know how much more I can stand if I'm honest.

Didn't even think about pain relief! A magnum and some jelly babies were a nice distraction.

Just have a tummy ache at the mo and holding out no hope for this second dose to work tbh. May call Marie stopes and force them to do an ASAP surgical.

It's my daughter's bday party next weekend - great timing!

So sorry about the sickness. I've had a major dose of it with these meds and can't imagine how awful it's been for you to cope with xx

Little update -

Still being sick but it has subsided somewhat. I'm managing to eat small meals and often.
I have got a small bump 😭 either that or it's bloat/water retention. Surely I can't have a bump at 9 weeks? Will it go down after the procedure?
My trousers don't fit at all.

A week tomorrow and I'm feeling a bit sad about it all if I'm honest. Don't know why. I don't want this pregnancy but it's making me sad ☹️

Update on my side is that the second lot of meds worked. Uterus is completely in the clear and no trace of hcg and I can resume normal life. Feel like myself again physically, of course the whole process was unpleasant and the emotions involved were overwhelming but I always knew I needed to make peace with this choice.

@ohdoriswheresthesalad I hope it goes well. Not surprised you are scared and sad. Have lots of stuff ready for after. Warm slippers, are you allowed wine?! Painkillers, snacks, hot water bottle.

Taken the tablet 1.5 hours ago. It says in the leaflet that it's only effective to up to 10 weeks and I'm 10 weeks and 3 days today.

It's already giving me cramps, it didn't last time?
