Anyone’s sickness and nausea come back with a vengeance?

I’m feeling very sorry for myself as I’m feeling rubbish again. I was sick 3 times yesterday and struggled to eat. Haven’t been sick yet today but I feel nauseaus and sensitive. I’m 17+3 today and since Sunday my bump/stomach has being painful it feels muscular. To top it off my partner is away with work so solo parenting a 3 year old and want to cry 🤣😔

It’s not back for me as it never really left but I’m less sensitive to being hungry. I seem to constantly need to snack.

I’m finding it so hard trying to resist booking a private scan to find out! I have a little boy already and I really am not fussed what this one is, as long as all is healthy. It’s so hard I’ve still got 2 and a half weeks to wait until my NHS scan at 20 weeks!

@MuddyMoments thanks 😊 and 100% thats the main thing isnt it!.. so i will soon have a 5-a side football team of boys 💙 i suppose my 1 & only girl can be referee 😂 ❤️

My 20 week scan is on Friday but not planning to find out

Hi ladies. Hope you’ve all had a good weekend and managed in the heat. Any tips on sleeping comfortably on your side? I’m a back sleeper and obviously now getting to the stage where I shouldn’t be. I have a bbhugme pillow from my last pregnancy but I’m waking up in the night in lots of pain in my hips and thighs.. I’m on the the larger side so assuming it’s weight related but any tips would be great I can’t go on like this for another 4 months. Our mattress already has a topper on, so I’m debating folding up a single duvet and try sleep on that too, I’m very tired this Monday morning 😴

@xTinkerbell ohhh so this baby could be a tiebreaker then! i bet your having a girl 😊 2 of each would be lovely wouldn't it 💕 and you must have really good patience 😆 x

@MuddyMoments would love to know this myself as even though im week 17, im even finding side sleeping uncomftable! i do nothing but toss & turn all night 😴 their's no such thing as sleep in this house anyway with soo many kids 😂 then theirs the random waking up in night for me at like 3am in morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ then i struggle to go back over! x

@SoonMummyToBeOf6 Itd be lovely to have a girl as I know DD would love a sister and we would have a far easier time naming another girl but my gut is still telling me boy 😂

Im so tempted to find out but also love the anticipation of not knowing.

I’ve bought a new pillow recommended for side sleeping from Dunelem today and I’m going to attempt it with my bbhug me pillow and fold a single duvet on top of my mattress and try that! So I’ll report back! 🤣

@MuddyMoments how are you & the pillow getting along? 😂 hopefully your getting some better quality sleep!

anyone bought anything yet for their baby? big or small?.. just thought id share that i have bought some clothes, a changing mat, a baby bath, pack of first size nappies and pack of x4 babywipes 🥰 gets me all excited when i start buying for our little man.. but to be honest didn't actually buy the nappies or wipes as i used my boots advantage card points that i had saved!.. some really good savings you can get with boots at the minute and for every £1pound spent you get 1point in return that you can spend, so i had 982 points on my card which means i could spend up to the value of £9.82 worth of products 😊 so ladies if you haven't signed up already to boots maybe something worth looking into? anyways, hope all you mama's and babies are doing ok 💕

Hahaa @SoonMummyToBeOf6we are not getting along 🤣 last night as terrible not helped that I’ve come down with a really sniffly and runny nose, plus my partner works away Tues/Weds so Tuesday nights I have the 3 year old in with me as a treat and last night he turned into some sort of octopus! So hoping tonight is better! 🤣

I haven’t bought anything for baby yet… trying to hold off for my 20 week scan on the 27th.. then like with my first we will start buying. I’m struggling to remember what we need!

@MuddyMoments hahaha octopus 😅 bless him! sure he is much comfier to snuggle up to than your pillow 🥰 & yeah i usually don't buy until 20+weeks but couldn't help myself 🤦🏻‍♀️ won't be buying no more until i have had my scan.. lol x
