Saying hello on the new thread!

After taking yesterday off work, I went back in today and it was a bad decision - I just felt so rough all day. Just got home (yep it was a long day - left the house 13 hours ago!) and I feel so nauseous I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to eat anything.

hey all - I am suffering so badly with bloating, my boobs are also ginormous really hoping this settles down I’m going to need a whole new wardrobe.

the only thing that helped me today feel a bit better is exercise, I did a 30 mins movement and TMI but a lot of gas came out.

It made me wonder who else worked out during their pregnancy (if you did before)
I was 22 last time I’m now 31! So I am not as active as I was 🤪

I am being sensible - light cycle on bike and some light weights and cardio, but I worry. However I feel like I can’t give it up as I want to be as strong as possible throughout this…
im also heavier than I was expecting to get pregnant at 🤦🏼‍♀️ thanks Christmas weight gain.. not an issue but it does makes me worry I’ll get GD as I have pcos and both parents diabetic

Sorry for a rant, I went to do this right and this is causing me to worry a bit.

@longingtobe23 i had GD last time despite losing 7 stone pre pregnancy and working out 5d a week. If you end up with it it's not because of how you eat or anything. I was working out but think I'm going to stop until after 12w now

Hi all, hope it's ok to join!

I've dipped in and out the previous threads but they move so quick it's hard to keep up!

I'm 5w4d today. Incredibly anxious. It's taken 4 rounds of IVF and one miscarriage to get this far. I've had lots of on and off cramping (like period pains) which leaves me assuming the worst every time.

I'll be keeping everything crossed that I can join you all on this journey!

@californiacooper I don’t even have any words, I don’t know what to say! I can’t imagine the torment you’ve been through but I’m so pleased you’re still here! 🤗 Have you been in contact with yesterday’s scanning place?!
