@HelenHomebird congrats, ooh that's not long until the viability scan, hope it still goes quick between now and then though :)

@bailey21 good that it was inline with your dates, hope all goes well at the next one

@petitlapin1 everything crossed for you, I'm a bit clueless about HCG levels, but hope the scan goes ok on Monday!

petitlapin1 · 28/01/2022 17:28

Thanks @madeleine85, @IzzyLeigh, @annlee3817. Doctor said "it wasn't what she'd hoped". I've had cramps since 6 weeks, mainly on the right but they're not severe/intense and only once or twice a day for a few minutes.
If they'd been my results this week I'd be less worried, but as they were at 7+2 and 7+5 I'd have expected them to rise a bit more.

Really appreciate the support and knowledge, thanks. X

madeleine85 · 28/01/2022 17:33

@petitlapin1 that sounds very stressful! Are you going back in for another scan? Hope you are doing ok, that is not ideal when going into the weekend. Sending all the positive hopes your way x

@madeleine85 I have a scan first thing Monday morning at epau.
I haven't had one yet (last pregnancy I had a private one at 7w that was ok then miscarried a week later, so have put off getting a private one so far.)

Going to try and stay distracted this weekend. Maybe get out in the garden for a bit and plan a bit of self-care for Monday evening (either commiseration or celebration).

mol2mum · 29/01/2022 01:55

Anyone else having a sleepless night?😩 my OHs snoring was getting too much so I've come downstairs to sleep on the sofa but that doesn't seem to be working for me either lol

mummysept22 · 29/01/2022 07:18

Anyone around 6+1 and having no nausea yet?! Also don't feel as tired as I was/feel I should be. Boobs still sore, crappy and lots of clear discharge. So I'm hoping everything is ok x

mummysept22 · 29/01/2022 07:18

That should be crampy!!! And I am constipated.

Peauela · 29/01/2022 09:10

@mummysept22 I'm 6+3 today and no nausea yet :)

annlee3817 · 29/01/2022 18:16

@mummysept22 can recommend those Ella's kitchen prune purees, last pregnancy I had one before bed and it really helped with constipation, I did start making my own, found it more effective than prune juice

MrsFionaCharming · 30/01/2022 11:30

I’m 6+3, had my first morning sickness yesterday, but feeling fine again today.

My mum only had 1 day of sickness across 2 pregnancies, so I’m really hoping it’s genetic!

becky239 · 30/01/2022 13:12

Good afternoon ladies hope you are all doing well. Congratulations on all the BFP's

Morning all! How is everyone feeling? I’m coming up to 6 weeks and I feel exhausted today but I’ve had a full on weekend. Hope everyone had a lovely weekend xxx

Weddingaug2019 · 01/02/2022 17:38

Had my scan on Saturday measuring at 7+2. I had estimated 7+3 per my last cycle so not far off at all! And midwife today for first booking, but her computer crashed at the end.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ so have to do that all again over the phone. But official scan booked in at the hospital! 🤞 back to counting down the days again... hope everyone is doing well ❤️

abbybeamish · 02/02/2022 03:56

Hi, I’m 18 and pregnant with my first child. It's an unplanned pregnancy due to a change in contraception. I am very nervous. Have you guys got any advice or tips for a healthy pregnancy? Thanks Xx

Whoknew22 · 02/02/2022 08:03

@abbybeamish congratulations and welcome aboard this emotional pregnancy train.

We have a Facebook page which you are more than welcome to join. I’ll post it below, all private so none of your friends will see you are part of it.

I think the first thing is to make sure you are taking pregnancy vitamins so folic acid abs vitamin d. I take the healthy start ones which has everything you need. The other thing I would do is contact your midwife. You will get the number from your doc or online. Every area is different but mostly you just self refer. They should give you dates of first appointments etc. add yourself to the Facebook page and you’ll get lots of support from the others. Remember we’re all in this together xx
