@Safxxx yeah I have been suffering from piles but managed to keep them under control for the most part. It does feel as though baby is getting lower so that may be causing the added pressure. Thanks for that I actually didn't know what to expect with contraction feelings/pain at all, I'm probably not doing too much to try and find out before I just have to deal with the pain 😂

@teapiglet aww thanks for asking hun 🥰 I had a real down day yesterday, just stressed and worrying about being overdue with a big baby I think. Ended in a bit of a blowout argument with the OH. He's amazing though, dealing with work, 5 step kids, a pregnant fiancé a cat and a dog 😂 I don't know how I got so lucky lol.
It's his first baby so I think he wants it to be as perfect and magical as possible and (as I expected) it's just not going to plan! 😂

We all just have to keep plodding along don't we lol.

Good morning all you mamas! Still no action on this end as well. See the mw today and will ask about doing a sweep to see if that will get things moving!! I’m worried that I’m gonna go in there and be told my body has made no progress haha! This has been the longest week... Will keep everyone posted!!

@ExhaustedMumofsix I do feel for you both, it has to be stressful and worrying. Might not be for you but I've got the Freya app as I've done hypnobirthing and it's good for labour but you can just put it on and it's so relaxing. I normally get irritated quickly by meditation apps too 😂 could be worth a shot for having a wee break to chill if possible?

@teaPiglet hmm sounds interesting, thanks for the recommendation 😊 I've never used anything like that before but I'm open to trying anything 😁 I think in the current climate we can all use a bit a relaxation regardless lol.

Its hormones and the discomforts that make us snap, i've done couple of times too, can be hard sometimes but hang in there. Come on this thread to let off steam when your frustrated lol Xxx

I've been pretty good throughout pregnancy but lately I've been a bit of a hormonal monster at times 😂
Think I'll go disappear for a long while in a big bath with some snacks and sing badly to some 80s tunes lol. Cheer my miserable arse up 😁 x

I'm still here & till pregnant. Sorry I don't comment much, find it hard to keep up.

@jbx10 yeah maybe it is my body getting ready, not sure why it’s just at night tho?! I had that exact pressure during the night too, like in my bum but very internal. I also have terrible piles (not sure if I’ve mentioned it much... 🙄 🥴)...

I hear you all about the hormones. I think the broken sleep doesn’t help either, turns me into a bit of a monster. Plus there being only one person to take it out on... poor OH. X x x

I seem to spend my life in the bath these days, I'm averaging about 2 a day with DH wfh at the mo!

@Safxxx I know we talked about bump sizes, well its like a woke up today and BOOM bump is all wide. I still had a vaguely visible waist yesterday now its gone 😭 not to mention the round ligament pain. Babs has definitely changed position!

I love a good bath too but mine is one of those silly 3/4 baths and being 5'10 and a lotta lady means I have to choose if I want my legs in the bath or my chest and arms 😂 very attractive looking when DH comes in for the loo or to help me out
