Yeah I guess they are covering all basis, it’s just the way they did it checking her over and saying she was perfect then at the point of discharge saying they had been concerned, my partner said you should have discussed this with us as soon as you had these thoughts, they did apologise as the main doctor had been on the neo natal ward all day and she said she thought they had discussed it with us but they hadn’t even mentioned it.

@Char41zam that must have been worrying at last minute. Lets hope all tests come back normal and whatever they suspected is all clear now 🤞

Hi ladies hope you don't mind me posting, I'm due with my second on 22nd February with a surprise. A big surprise as only our parents know we're expecting again lol. Stuck in the house with DD (2yrs) and miss talking to other people.

Morning ladies! My waters broke last night completely out of nowhere 😱 midwife said we both had good stats so I’m back home hoping contractions kick in soon and trying to get some rest! I’ve been booked in for induction later tonight as a back up if nothing starts naturally to reduce infection risk.
Keep your fingers crossed that it happens by itself and I’ll have a healthy little boy to tell you about soon 🤞🏻🙈

Oooh how exciting! Fingers and toes crossed for you today then!

Thanks everyone! @cat709 I’m due this Sunday (7th) so week 39! Wasn’t expecting it as a FTM so hopefully gives some of you worried about going overdue a little bit of hope! X

@TeaPiglet Hiya, goodness how did you keep that a secret all this time? I know due to lock downs etc we've all been home mostly but wow i'm suprised at your secret lol. I kept quiet till my 12wk scan then told family and friends, and that was hard 😂

My due date is today and still no signs of this baby getting a move on 😂😩 x

@Char41zam No signs lol i guess my worries about having it eary have disapeared once the 36wks passed (my youngest was born at 36wks) so now i believe i'll go full term. He did shift down alittle from my ribs last night after some tummy massage, which gave some relief.Xxx

I’m 39 weeks today. Second terrible night sleep in a row. My tum is just so uncomfortable at night. Seems to be a combination of braxton hicks and it being a bit upset? Not sure if it’s the raspberry leaf tea capsules. Seems ok during the day tho 🙄 trying to get quotes for builders and struggling to function. Brain will be complete mush by the time the baby arrives.

@babydust2412 hopefully not long now! I was reading that you’re more likely to go overdue with a boy! No idea why. Are you seeing your mw today? X x x

@Muriel84 it could be your body starting to get ready! I've ordered some capsules too been having 2 teas per day so hopefully capsules will help bring things along.

I've not really got any symptoms although I've started to feel some pressure on my bum, has anyone else had this? It's nothing too painful just uncomfortable I'm trying not to sit down too much xx

@babydust2412 definitely get some hot & spicy food down you. Maybe out for a long walk? Xx

Hahah I don't get on so great with my family, long story haha. But it's less drama to keep it quiet. I was messaged so much with DD it got really irritating and everyone bought her the same outfit or teddy so had about 5 of one outfit and 5 teddies. I'm very private person normally.

@jbx10 do you have piles? Pressure from them can be uncomfortable.
Also if baby is low down can feel it too.
When contractions start the pain will be felt between the back hole and front it will be like no other, although might feel like you want to go toilet for No2 but nothing is there. Thats the signs your dilating. And its all uphill from that point till you get them out lol
