I managed to fall asleep but now I’m wide awake 🤦🏽‍♀️

I fell alseep but back up

I actually managed some sleep from about 10pm until 6.30am with only one loo break! We think baby tired himself out as he was hitting out for a good couple of hours before I fell asleep, so much so hubby was able to feel him move - baby usually plays hide and seek with him when he puts his hand on the bump lol

@Stef92 one loo break? That is the dream!

I resisted napping yesterday so was pretty exhausted last night. Forced myself to stay up until midnight and apart from the odd loo break managed to sleep until 5am - I'm considering that a win!

Will probably try and go back to sleep soon...

@OnNaturesCourse also very very late to the party but can I joint you ladies too? Due 1st Feb with a surprise

No sleep here either but not from bump from 20 MO DS, escaped cot and room again at 4am and would not be put back down. In with us, and he likes to sleep on top of me 😭

I also didn’t sleep well, but that seems the norm. Aches in hips, three loo trips. Even if I don’t feel I need to go when I wake up, one whack in the bladder from babs sends me running! Bloody cat woke me up just now.

@Stef92 maybe one of us is allowed a decent night sleep each night - last night you were the chosen one!

@babbit87 your escape artist insomniac toddler does not sound fun at 4am! One of my earliest memories is helping my little brother get out his cot when he was about that age!

Also very late to the party but hopefully I can join in still?

Have my ELCS booked in for 39 weeks on the 4th February. Expecting a little boy to join my 2 year old DD - she won’t know what has hit her (I’m expecting me and DH will be much the same though!)

I got some sleep from 1.30am but around 4am was awake but still drowsy, since then was on/off.
@OnNaturesCourse i think its the heartburn or acid reflux thats causing the sickness feeling, i never get sick but last few days feels like its coming up the throat then goes.
@babbit87 Awe deary, if its not one thing its another ehh, thats a challenging age hope he settles into a good routine before or during baby is here.

I'm okay, just exhausted 😂 ended up throwing up a few times and then slept the rest of the night, I think my body is getting into preparation mode for labour, so we will see when this baby decides to make a move 😂 xx

No sleep here either! Painful hips all night. :(

WFH is the only blessed thing atm.. At least I can take a nap between meetings if possible!

Thanks girls, its ok, they are both playing with the toot toot now so I can have a cuppa in bed.

I joked with DH last night that I'm looking forward to going into labour as it will be a break from my other two!! 🤣

@Safxxx @OnNaturesCourse @babbit87 not long hopefully but my first was 8 days late so already kind of assuming I’ll go over! Lots of ‘symptoms’ that leave me googling whether I’m going into labour soon but think that can go on for weeks 🙄

@OnNaturesCourse sorry yesterday wasn’t a good day - hope you and your little one feeling better today? Not too bad on this end - definitely feeling sleep deprived and uncomfortable! DD has become v clingy too and wants to be cuddled all night - will be interesting juggling her and baby in the near future! Think sleep is off the table for the foreseeable 😂

@Stef92 very impressed with the single loo trip! Are you feeling a little more refreshed after a less disturbed night?

Sounds like the end is in sight for a few of you, how exciting! Pretty sure having been a bit early last time I’m going to go 2 weeks over this time... esp as DH moaning he wants baby to come now as he wants a break from work 🤦‍♀️

Feel extremely stuffed and uncomfortable today, reflux is unbelievable. But comparing these two I think I've worked out why. Two days between these pictures and baby boy seems to have hidden himself away. 🤔

@SearchingForToes he gave me a horrendous night sleep on Sunday so I'm definitely feeling more refreshed!

I bounce in and out of the threads also 16th Feb here with a little boy! (After two girls it’ll be a bit strange) but the SIZE of him compared to the other two is ridiculous

Sorry did I just read ONE loo break!? That is definitely the dream, my least is 4, but then I feel sooo thirsty, am knackered trying to homeschool too (10 and 6 my other two) and lugging this beast about!
