Been up all night with contractions but they seem to be firmly stuck at 10 minute intervals. Assuming as ftm it might be one of those where this first stage takes a good while.

@pampero good luck! Your due date is the day before mine and I'm hoping mine stays put for another couple of weeks as we've got the builders in. The noise yesterday would've been horrific for a newborn lol

@Stef92 we are /were due to have someone in boarding the loft in a couple of weeks, that'll be a lovely quiet job with a new born, might have to be delayed again. I'm certainly surprised at the early movement, I thought most first timers were late! You best keep those legs crossed till the builders are finished 😁

Hi guys, sorry for jumping on! FTM due 20th Feb, (37+3), with a little girl! Gonna sound a very stupid question, but is all your movements "different" but not less. I feel her moving all the time but not kicks anymore more rubbing & pushing & the dreaded hiccups which never seem to end 😅 I'm sure this is all normal with her getting bigger but its nice to hear it from people at the same stage of the game as well lol!

**just to clarify i do still get kicks a few times a day, just its more movement and pushing not that shes stopped completely kicking lol 🙈

@nursery1993 yeh id say the movements changed for me but still remained active. Not quite sure how to describe it but I guess more like they were rolling around or readjusting rather than kicking maybe. Oh and plenty of the hiccups!

@nursey1993 hi welcome your due a day before me. Yes its more wriggling and pushing shoving movements now as less room to be acrobats now 🤣
And plenty of hicups Xx

Thanks girls, nice to hear this is all normal (even when i knew myself it probs was lol) just read so many horror stories on google especially when its your first lol!! Oh @Safxxx im trying this whole positivity thing of she will be hear long before the 20th 🤣 I dont mind being pregnant but i cant wait to BURN my maternity clothes and not be out of breath putting shoes on lol!! But she has shown no early signs yet 🙄 Ill keep fingers crossed lol

@nursey1993 mine are definitely different now, they used to be fast jabs and pops and now it’s more like the feeling of rolling round and squirming in a sleeping bag (only way I can think so describe it ha). So still powerful movements just like strong rolling feelings instead! Do still get the occasional jab though

Hmm weird one but..... today I feel really crap and odd. Stomach whirling, light headed, vomited (only once but a substantial amount) and generally feeling weak. Didnt have this with my other two so could it be a sign of something or just unfortunate and I've picked up a bug?

@nursey1993 lol don't go burning them put them away for future pregnancies they'll come handy.
I know how you feel and i'm sure the rest do too, but hopefuly not too long of a wait now 🤞

@babbit87 seems you got a bug? You did say your kids got a cold maybe you catched something. Rest up and drink plenty. See how it goes, but keep watch on other symptoms incase its labour related. Hope you feel better soon Xxx

@babydust2412 don't be disheartened and i'm sure you won't need to be induced. Remember upto 42wks its still normal.
I know that will drag but hopefuly you will have b4 🤞

@nursey1993 welcome to the thread. Your due a couple of days before me and I am also a FTM. My movements have definitely changed. Sometimes I can see her foot rub from one end of my stomach to the other 😂 they must be getting short of space in there now xx
