@satsumasaturday your day is basically like mine ! Lol funny about the life in your dreams ! I have a wedding reception on sat and im going over to husbands family on Sunday and I'm stressed even thinking about leaving the house and all the travel sickness

Cantrip · 30/07/2019 21:59

@yvonne1988 - the Chinese whispers is definitely what I’m afraid of. I certainly can’t realistically expect all 4 of my kids to keep it secret for any length of time.
But I was away for a few days with my eldest last week and felt awful not explaining things to her - like why I was making her carry all our luggage!!
If I wasn’t so paranoid about miscarriage maybe I’d just tell them all now but, as a natural pessimist I can’t help thinking that letting the secret out is a good way to jinx it.
Wish I didn’t feel so constantly crap. Definitely feeling the difference being pregnant at 41, than when I did it at 26, 27, 30 & 31! The exhaustion is hitting me like a brick 💤

barnyb · 30/07/2019 22:01

@Jampot36 hope your alright. I think ul be ok. There was no contact with your belly and you said you feel fine. Just relax and maybe not go to that again! I'm amazed you can muster the strength for a class in the evening ! I can't even say my own name after 7pm 😂

ttc19 · 30/07/2019 22:02

@MunchyMunchkin @satsumasaturday I'm glad it's not just me. I almost feel seasick!

Dinosauraddict · 30/07/2019 22:08

Glad to have found the follow-on thread!!

DaniX91 · 30/07/2019 22:13

@barnyb thankyou 😊 yea they put me as 7+1, I thought 7+2 so all good!
It was pretty much what I expected, I knew what it would physically feel like cos I had one 2 weeks ago. I'd also watched videos online of what to expect to see x

Jesskir89 · 30/07/2019 22:45

Thank you for the new thread :) @jampot36 I'm sure you'll be ok my dh won't let me go to the gym atm as he knows I give it full force so I'm going to start swimming

Jampot36 · 31/07/2019 05:52

@barnyb thanks, yeah there was nothing belly but she did hit my boob which i think scared me into thinking im not going back. I'll maybe still go on normal circuit weeks but not boxing! You're a couple of weeks ahead of me so im making the most of the nights i feel ok at the mo, sure my time will come though! How are you feeling?
@Jesskir89 swimmings a good idea, i might look into that as an option with weights/walking.

Hi @Dinosauraddict how are you doing? X

barnyb · 31/07/2019 06:11

@Jampot36 aw bless you. How do you feel this morning after all of it ?
Iv been having terrible symptoms the last few days. But I'm taking it all as a good sign!
I think I'm the furthest along then anyone on here ???
I'm due 4th March is anyone else due then or before ? Xxx

Jampot36 · 31/07/2019 06:19

@barnyb i feel ok thanks but it really shook me so I feel more clear this morning on not taking any risks and if my trainer cant safeguard i have to do it myself which means not going and training solo for the rest of my pregnancy which is fine.

Yeah id take it as a good sign, at least you're switching it to a positive! You're 3 weeks ahead of me which means i more than likely have it to look forward to! ♡

barnyb · 31/07/2019 07:51

Get guys I just got to work and I caught a glimpse of myself ! Good job no1 else is here yet to see!

@Jampot36 I'm doing ok thanks. Got MW booking in appointment this morning, but I'm a tiny bit nervous. How you holding up?
@barnyb I think you're a week ahead of me. I'm 8+0 with EDD of 11 March.

Cantrip · 31/07/2019 08:40

@barnyb - My due date isn’t until March 14th but, my other 4 children have all been born at 37 weeks or earlier so, I'm expecting (all being well, fingers crossed 😬) this one to arrive around Feb 24th.

Brandygirl27 · 31/07/2019 08:49

Hey ladies, I see everyone is due March time I’ve got a due date from a early scan at 6 weeks for the 02/03/2020 :) how is everyone feeling ? This is my 3rd baby, I am so scared everyday and I am counting down till my 12 week scan!! 😍x

Jampot36 · 31/07/2019 08:55

Ha ha @barnyb stretchy pants day?!

@Dinosauraddict is this your first appointment? Im ok ta, feeling very anxious today. Wishing the time away to get to 12 weeks! X

Addicted89 · 31/07/2019 09:09

Hi everyone,

Can I join, I’m a paranoid mess due my first on 12th March after a miscarriage last year.

charmedgirl87 · 31/07/2019 09:30

Hi all I'm new here .
Recently found out in pregnant I'm due last day of March 2020 x

mommato3 · 31/07/2019 10:02

@ttc19 I find the nausea to be worse on an evening, kind of from tea time... then end up going to bed feeling proper rough!
Suffering with insomnia atm, every other night I simply can't sleep. Wake about 3.30am and that's it then 😟
Scan day tomorrow. Should be 7+5 🤞 all goes well......

Jesskir89 · 31/07/2019 10:11

@barnyb that's exciting :)

Yvonne1988 · 31/07/2019 10:27

@barnyb I keep telling myself it's bloating but I dunno. I live with a jumper tied round my waist these days.

barnyb · 31/07/2019 10:53

@Yvonne1988 it's deffo something :)

Yvonne1988 · 31/07/2019 10:55

@barnyb yep. It was definitely flat before all this started lol

Missr30 · 31/07/2019 10:57

Hey girls. Thought I'd join a chat with other mums due same month as me. I haven't really told anyone other then my mum and sister and its so hard to keep quite about it. I have one son who's 4 (starting school in September) and I'm due in March. Xz

Jampot36 · 31/07/2019 11:23

@Addicted89 sorry to hear about your loss. Are you considering an early scan?

@Brandygirl27 same! Im desperate to get to september, the days are really dragging!

@barnyb could be water retention? My bloat arrives mid afternoon, finding peppermint tea helpful if your nausea allows it?

Naylor19 · 31/07/2019 11:33

Thanks for adding me back in ☺️ an update for those who asked how scan went;

scan went ok appears to be in the right place, 1 baby, slightly earlier than I thought so less than 6 weeks so no heartbeat yet. They said I’ve got a cyst on my right ovary they think that’s causing the pain and a little area of bleeding near the sac (could be implantation) so there gunna monitor cyst and hopefully by scan next week should see a heartbeat. Next scan on the 7th.

Hope you're all doing well and go on to have healthy happy pregnancies x
