Hi all anyone else getting anxious? Il be 37 weeks on Thursday and its starting to hit me that.... I have to get this baby out.... lol

I've told my family the names we're considering and they're opinionated fuckers so you can bet they have something to say about all of them!

I'm about to become a mum of 2 and not quite sure how I'm going to cope with a toddler and a newborn!

This is gonna be my 3rd... but I have a 6 year gap between my youngest and this bump and my oldest is 9 (10 this month 🙊) I will 100% not miss being pregnant... it's been the hardest pregnancy of all 3 lol

I’m on no4 with an 8year age gap 🙈 eldest turned 12 at the weekend! The other pregnancies were a walk in the park compared to this time!

Hello all! I'm due in 6 weeks with my first. Strapping baby boy who is going to be over 8 pounds apparently. He also seems to be nocturnal. 😩 I'm struggling with the heat and bump being so low and all at the front. Also gone up 6 bra sizes so from the back I look sort of normal and the front is just 3 giant lumps 😂

My baby is weighing quite big too and it’s a struggle to just move at all! He doesn’t keep still! His dad was 10lb so I’m just hoping he’s not that big!

I’m only 5 foot and small framed, absolutely no chance anything that size can fit out of me 😂

Lexyness maybe with bigger age gaps the older ones will help out lol

It runs in my family to have bloody huge babies! DS was 9lbs 4oz and my brother was 10lb! I'm 4"11 too!
Unfortunately my small frame means pre pregnancy I was a literal AA cup and now on my 2nd pregnancy I can can confirm that
I'M STILL A BLOODY AA CUP FFS.
Pregnancy has had no impact on my boobs

PS I have just caved and ordered myself a £50 pregnancy pillow on DH's credit card

@mumoftwo1988 and @Lexyness I have an 8yr gap too. Other kids are 18, 9 and 8.

@EverythingNow how are you finding such a big age gap? Did your eldest help with the younger 2? I am pretty sure my soon to be 11 year old will help, and the 8 year old has made it pretty clear today he cannot wait for his baby sister to be born, he seems quite excited! But the 12 year old is uninterested at the moment 🤣
@kittytiggy I’m only 4’11” too, my previous bubbas were all sfga (prior to growth scans) but this time round she is measuring ok - definitely think she is my biggest yet as I feel (and family say I am) HUGE but most other people think my bump is small! HOWEVER, I am extremely jealous of your boobs 🤣 i am the complete opposite end of the spectrum - I can confirm it is impossible to buy bras full stop let alone maternity/nursing bras! xxx

@TheSweatyPregnancy 😂 It's strangely comforting to think there are two of us waddling around. I'm 5' 2" and was a size 8. I too blame my husband being a big baby for this mini hippo I am incubating.

@kittytiggy I was a 36D Pre pregnancy so didn’t think they would grow much more, I was wrong. Each boob resembles the average woman’s full size baby bump at this stage! It’s bloody horrible!

DP says I am as wide as I am tall now 🙄 fucker.

@TheSweatyPregnancy mine were 30d pre pregnancy so like you I naively thought they would just become a bit fuller, that's all. No shops seem to have my size in-stock so I have to order them in.

And your DP went for the straightforward insult. Mine went for a sneaky backhanded 'well you only really look like a barrel from the front' when I commented that I looked like the character who has to be rolled away and juiced in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... 😁

I am so jealous of your boobs too! Mine were a 30kk pre pregnancy 😭, that combined with being under 5’ and only a 10-12 (probably smaller if it weren’t for these damn boobs) and now a big belly too, look like a blimp! My dh just goes for the straight forward - “you’re fat!” Insult!

I like this thread. ☺ No-one at my NCT group seems to have undergone any changes/cravings except neat bumps. I feel like an outsider sitting there with my 3 bowling balls and munching on the biscuits that everyone else declines. 😆

35+5 today! First baby- little boy. Very excited that the end is nearing ❤️👶🏼🍼

Does anyone else have swollen hands/feet? Please tell me I’m not alone! 🙈 I wake up with aching hands from the swelling in my wrists and knuckles!

@Lexyness no way! I don’t know how you cope in the boob department! I am praying to god mine go back to how they were before pregnancy.

@ZazuMoon I haven’t had any cravings to be fair, I wish I had! My appetite has been gone since I found out I was pregnant. Miss enjoying food so much.
But like you every pregnant person I have spoken to is having a lovely pregnancy, is glowing, breezing through. I on the other hand am dragging my arse through hell on a daily basis just to survive 🙃 this baby has some making up to do when he arrives, we’ve not started on the best of terms ha!

@saladinthesun I imagine everyone in this thread will have swollen feet at least! Mine weren’t too bad, manageable but the heat recently has made it so much worse. Really nothing you can do to help it either is there?

@Saladinthesun You are not alone. My hands and feet have ballooned, probably making up for my lack of boobs

Hello! I am 33+4 with my first.
Surprised myself by not feeling too worried about labour YET. Sure that'll change soon but I'll enjoy this while it lasts!
Ladies who already had big boobs I am in awe! I've been struggling to adjust to mine, but they were pretty small before.
Hadn't really noticed swollen feet until yesterday when I went to put my trainers on to go home and they were so much tighter than they had been in the morning... oh the glamour!
How's everyone been coping with warmer weather? I don't mind it but definitely finding myself sweatier than normal haha and at night it isn't very comfortable...

Ooh interesting @Saladinthesun. I've not noticed any swelling per se but my hands/feet are really sore when I wake up. Like they've been clenched all night. Maybe they are swelling and I just haven't noticed!

I’d taken my wedding ring off as a precaution and didnt realise how much my fingers had swollen til I tried to get it on and it wouldn’t even go past the knuckle I just hate the pain @mynameiscalypso yes exactly it’s like they’ve been clenched all night! Arthritis must be absolute hell

@TheSweatyPregnancy I feel exactly the same alongside my gratitude and excitement, except I've had constant cravings for absolute stodge.

@Kathryn19 I am not enjoying the hot weather at all. I have a neurological condition which means I feel the heat more in any event so this weather plus late pregnancy has been... interesting 😅

#strugglingtoday! Anyone else? Feels soooooo much hotter today to me! Usually have Tuesdays off but worked this morning for a couple of hours and my goodness I’m feeling it, kept having to excuse myself and leave the room for somewhere cooler!
Haven’t noticed swollen hands or feet until NOW! Usually wedding rings are too big but today they are tight, feet still look ok though!
Had nurse appointment at lunchtime (shared care with weekly appointments between MW & Nurse as per consultants request) and she was concerned about my itchiness and blisters I’m getting on my hands so I’ve had blood tests to check liver function (and kidneys while she was at it) she was quite annoyed my MW hasn’t already done it tbh!
Seriously need to do some housework but all I’ve managed is to put washing out and now I’m in a crumpled heap on my bed!
Please tell me I’m not the only one feeling like this today? Feel a bit like I’m failing this pregnancy lark lol, all the other pregnant women I know seem to be superwoman!
