Hi!!

This week I have taken 4 pregnancy tests, all positive. I’m afraid to get too excited because it is so early. I’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow. I have no other signs of pregnancy so it doesn’t feel real yet. Anyone else in the same boat?

First pregnancy, so many questions but I can’t ask friends or family yet.

Im really sorry @Thund4rcat, thats sad news

I can feel a tiny hard lump in my tummy for the first time this morning! It’s the first time my tummy has felt pregnant!

How far are you @bobble53?

I feel really pants today. Had bad sickness this morning and now just feel drained. Got loads to get done today too 😩

I’m 12 weeks, so excited for my scan this week as I seem to spend more time convincing myself the worse than I do the good for some unbeknown reason.

I had awful sickness last night too after a week of feeling good and less sick, typical it happens on a weekend!

How exciting..... can't wait for mine. Need to just get to that first milestone and then I might enjoy it more

12 weeks, great milestone! Can't wait for mine either, I keep checking my boobs are still sore to reaasure myself! Got a few more weeks to wait though

I’m just wondering, do you have much of a tiny bump at all? I took a photo at 10 weeks of the tiniest little bump, it was first thing in the morning on a completely empty stomach AND i was deliberately m sucking in so it wasn’t bloat. But 2 weeks later it doesn’t seem to have grown at all. I’m not expecting to even remotely be showing but we all know our bodies and I know for sure it’s not got particularly bigger even slightly over the last 2 weeks. Worries that maybe it stopped developing I hate having these thoughts.

@Ells0204im 12 weeks tomorrow as well! I have my scan Wednesday! In very nervous/excited.
I have a very very small bump as well, it's not noticeable bar first thing in the morning, but I'd you touch the bottom of my stomach you can feel how hard it is. It's not got much bigger and some days I dont feel anything (altho i feel it more often the more time goes on) so i wouldn't worry too much remember they do most of their growing in the 2/3rd trimesters. Think positive lovley! You dont need the added stress!

@Ells0204 mine’s Friday too! I have a teeny tiny bump but I just look like I’ve had a big dinner. It’s still very squishy despite me thinking it was harder this morning! I’ve heard it’s totally normal though - some people don’t get bumps or form up til 20+ weeks?

Can’t wait to see everyone’s scan photos coming up!

How's everyone doing?
I'm 10 weeks on Thursday and I've got my booking appointment tomorrow, I'm getting exited now 😊

I’m ten weeks this Saturday coming. My booking appointment is in two days time and I can’t wait! Also got my twelve week scan date for when I’m 11+5 and I’m so excited and nervous. Haven’t been able to shake the fear that something might go wrong before then (or that it already has) and I just desperately want to see my baby and get a picture to reassure myself and then be free to tell everyone.

Had my first scan today and I was right in thinking I was around 10 weeks but midwife thought 12 weeks . Lmp was 23rd Feb but I had 40 day cycles. Baby measures at around 10 weeks 3 days.

Baby is looking fine and everything is where it should be. Going for a rescan on the 10th June for screening tests!

But its so good to see it and now its a bit more real for my partner 😍

(I must say though the sonographer got a better image than this with very tiny feet and arms in the air with its head titled back a bit; gutted she didn’t get that for the pic)

@EmeraldRubyShark I feel you about being anxious! Have you thought about getting a Doppler? I heard this little ones heartbeat at 9 weeks and I use it a lot now just to reassure myself (sometimes I can't find it and panic though) I always do in the end, once you find it its pretty easy to find again because you know where your looking
I remember being a nervous wreck my first pregnancy but I'm not as bad this time

I had my booking appointment last week. It was long but really helpful. I really liked the midwife but she was just stepping in for my actual midwife, I am sure she will be just as lovely.

We had a scan at 9 weeks and I was told I was measuring at 9+1 and have got another confirmed for 3rd June. I will be 12+5 then based on previous dates so will know more then.

I am so nervous something is going to have gone wrong in between scans! I know it is stupid but I get so scared 😧

@smitch82 I’m the same! I had one at 7 weeks, then one at 9 weeks like you and each time the reassurance has worn off and I’m worried something’s gone wrong in between. Got my official 12 week on Friday (I’ll actually be 12+4) and getting nervous. Hope we are all ok

@Ells0204 I am sure we will be. I was told it was really normal to be anxious.

I am about to lose my job through redundancy so was told I was coping really well considering 😂
