I know i am in the wrong thread but didn't get a response on ttc thread. As hopefully you are all here.

My interview is at 4:15pm. I've had a whole day to get myself all petrified! Eek.

That hazard perception test is a bit too based on luck for my liking. I had to do it for my motorbike test (not for my car test). Basically, if you think there is a hazard, err on the side of caution and click lots. Don't click the whole time though, or you may get disqualified.

I had full marks for my theory second time 'round ...I thank you

(Just trying to feel full of myself in preparation for the interview. Ignore me. Lol.) xx

hey everyone, i went for my first clomid scan this morning, not good news, the clomid worked but to much! i have produced 3 eggs, the doctor said that it was to much and that i should not have any intercourse this month or it could result in twins or triplets, i got my blood taken too, have call later for the result but they said that there 99% sure that all 3 were eggs.
I really am dissppointed becos thats another month i have to wait.
I feel like i want still go ahead and try, but not really sure that i should go against the doc advise? what u think?

Hey askim
To be honest I think it is entirely up to you as if your not worried about having twins or triplets then go for it. let us know what you decide hun, think there would only be a problem if you had 5 0r 6 eggs lol xx

Hi askim,

I also had 3 eggs this month, and my doc was very pleased about it. only 2 of them been released. But when i talk with all the girls who are monitored it s pretty normal to get 2 or 3. That what RE expect. Over 4 is too much. So if i were you i would definately go ahead!!! is your doc a RE?

Hi claire,

Really sorry to hear about your nightmare week!! but very pleased to know that everything is fine. Keep us informed with all the news.

Hi branbandy,

Wow, i remember reading your post and to read your good news bring me so much hope. I wish you a beautiful pregnancy. Do you know already what you having?

Today i am 12 dpo, had a very sore back 9 and 10 dpo, esperiencing watery discharge and since yesterday sore nipples. Was wondering if this pms with clomid. Did anyone experience this?

I was prescribed Clomid after diagnosis of slight PCOS and trying to conceive for over 18months. Had irregular periods too and wasn't ovulating properly. Anyway, worked on 3rd month and dd is now 4. Still took over 3 years to conceive again naturally despite periods being much more regular after dd was born. Now 24 weeks with dd2 and just getting over the shock as we had just about given up that it would ever happen (we were leaving it up to mother nature as we were happy with one but if number 2 came along that was cool too).

Don't remember any side effects...

Hope it all goes well!!

Thank you! I will keep you all updated. I hope and pray that you all get your little miracle!

Thank you so much! I am only on Tuesday I will be 10 weeks. My doctor said around weeks 19/20 I will be able to find out the sex. I cant wait... I do want to say that there is hope even when all your hope is lost. My close friends and family use to tell me that if I didn?t worry or think or try so hard on getting pregnant that it would just happen (which use to get me sooo mad!). And within two months exactly I became pregnant, as soon as I stopped trying. Its strange how things work out that way. I do hope you all the best. It most likely will happen for you... So don?t get to discouraged.

Lots of baby dust

Hey ladies
How are you all? I got a letter from my gp's surgery saying I have to go in for a repeat test following my cd 28 bloods, anyone any ideas why? I was thinking they may have lost my other results.
thanks brandybaby i am so chuffed for you looks like this thread is getting luckier now, have you told the girls on the other thread, they will be so happy for you xxx

Clwc · 14/06/2009 16:00

That is strange, stac. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they're bringing you back in to check the rise in hCG levels in you blood?

Report
stac14 · 14/06/2009 16:17

it would be great but I am doubtful, i have felt sick all week but I am putting that down to nerves cos of the job and college interviews, have tests in the drawer but cant stand the disappointment, suppose i have to wait till tomorrow

What did you get up to this weekend? xxx

DP and I had a BBQ last night. We invited 3 others. Plenty was eaten and plenty of alcohol was consumed. It was all over by half past midnight, so DP and I chilled out in front of America's got Talent for 1/2 hour or so before heading to bed.

Went to his parent's for lunch today. That was fun (He put me down in front of his family, and I still haven't got over it, even though he didn't realise and has since apologised)

I need a distraction now.

When is your repeat test booked for? x

Report
stac14 · 14/06/2009 18:27

I have to go see the nurse tomorrow morning, thinking it cant be anything serious as the doc would have phoned me, probably just lost me test results.
Hope you sort things out with DP, men dont think sometimes do they.
I am in the middle of making dinner, but its steak pie so its in the oven, then I will have to do the usual mundane sunday night tasks, can't be bothered xx

stac 14 - good luck 2moro.

Folie- thanks for your words of wisdom. It's so hard to relax and stop thinking/worrrying about getting preg isn't it? Lots of folk say tht to ne 2...interesting to hear it happened for u when u did stop trying tho...v. excited for u finding out the sex!

Well, off to reheat yesterday's indian takeaway fro dinner!

Seeing a cons on Tues, a bit apprehensive but have waited long enough for this appt so can't wait for it to happen on the other hand.

thenewsmoo I'm sure you will be fine at the consultant, but know how you feel we are going to discuss what the next step is for us so dp is coming with me, I should be revising but so cant be bothered lol xx

Clwc · 14/06/2009 20:14

Stac,

DP and I are OK now. We destroyed a non-functioning solar fountain to find out why it stopped working (water got in places). That distracted both of us It's good to break things sometimes. Lol. He's going to see if he can make it work again, with new parts. Then we might have some sort of makeshift water feature in the garden!

I hope the doc tells you what you want to hear tomorrow. xx

Mmmmmmm, reheated indian takeaway. Yum.

Hi girls,

Was 14 dpo yesterday, tested BFN!!!! the witch hasn t show her face today!! really had all the symptoms and was convinced it will be positif but was prepared for the worst. I mean, i had so many BFN, that they can t upset me anymore!! just would be surprised and shocked the way round!! tonight my girlfriend ask me to go out for some drink. I would really love to!! did nt party at all since i started treatment!!just would have prefered to see af! can t help to think they are still a slim chance! what do you think?

Stacy,
Let us know what you consultant says!!it s so strange that you ovulated one month and the other no. They have to come with something stronger or adding some injectable at the treatment. Wish you an efficient appointement.

Report
Clwc · 15/06/2009 16:26

Yes, stac. Let us know how it went this afternoon. Even if you're put on another treatment, you can't leave us!!!

Still no AF for me. I think I'm about CD 36/37. It feels imminent, but who knows with PCOS?

Sorry to hear about your BFN, folie. Wait a few more days and test again, unless you get your period. Fingers crossed xx

Well ladies, I am being sent for an echovist scan before they give me anymore treatment but I am so mad because this surely should have been done before I started any treatment. So called for an appointment but there is none until 6th of August looks like I am out the game for a couple of months, I am gutted feel as if I have wasted the past few months.

Hey folie Sorry to hear about bfn hun go out and let your hair down, I plan to this weekend

clwc I will still come on, so used to having you all around, I am on CD39 and no af so know how you feel xxx
