Yes, O is potty trained, although not 100% reliable. She has amazing bladder capacity though and can go for hours without a wee (unlike me )!

Did I mention that we sold the car that she was born in ?

Morning all.

Katie had a lovely birthday Loves the dolls house we bought her; was the first thing she said on getting up, and she is playing with it as we speak; chatting to the dolls bless her!

Getting hacked off with the washing machine saga now. Another 2 loads of washing to take to the launderette later on. Thankfully it is only a mile down the road and I can park right outside.

Need to head. Good old school run soon. K going to toddler group and then we are having a few friends over for a birthday lunch.

Have missed loads of birthdays - sorry

dts love pre school but.......... they have messed up and we turned up for this afternoons sessions and we weren't expected!!!! Dts stayed as they were 2 children down anyway. I was furious, anyway they have admitted fault, but nothing they can do with ratios ect... especially as I had my forms in first have now been offered (and are taking) a tuesday pm instead. Which isn't ideal as have toddlers in the morning and a short time between the two to feed 3 children

Anyway - can't change it but made a point of saying that I had better get what I want in September .

I would be too Oooggs!!!! Incompetence. No excuse!!!!!

T up at 5, shouting which wakes A - so i can't just lie, doze and feed him, have to feed them both or keep A entertained. Can't believe I am still feeding him at 3. Then tantrums and winged which woke DH.
So I'm knackered and stressed, had ranted at him by 5 past 5 this morning
I wouldn't even mind if they were OK but both are absolutely exhausted in the mornings. A is asleep again, T is at nursery and I am drinking coffee and making T's second birthday cake- so life's better

I hope you're planning to eat all the cake yourself SPB - sounds like you need it!

Grr to nursery Oooggs - it's such a pain when your carefully laid plans are scuppered isn't it. Still at least it should be easier come September when they will be the big ones as it's their last year before school !

heres me complaing about preschool when I should just be thankful that they are funded. The cut off was 31st March so not many of us who qualify sorry

Yes indeed Oooggs - I filled in the magic form yesterday and was and that O gets her funding at the same point N did, when N is an early Jan birthday.

I have to admit that our due in April 07 and born in March 07 DCs have done pretty well - 9 months of paid maternity leave for being due after 1 Apr 07, and 4 terms of funded pre-school for being born before 31 Mar 07 ! Sorry everyone !

hadn't thought of that Bramshott - always consoled myself with the fact I got 9months when the March people wouldn't, but of course it went on due date
Funding for T starts in September - I go back to work in August so it all worked out well in that respect.

Hello - just thought I would pop by, as it has been 3 years on - although I do 'lurk' from time to time! Sienna had a lovely birthday this week - we had sun! All is well, she has changed from the "terrible twos" to "tricky threes" overnight so lots of fun and games! She is 'Miss Health & Safety' so we have very few physical dramas, which is a nice change from her brother! Favourite thing to do is fly a "tight" (kite!) because as far as she can see there is nothing scary to worry about (like falling or dropping or climbing etc!) - and so is her life!

We are def. not having any more children - phew! So are in the slow process of removing baby stuff from the house which is a good feeling...

Other than that, happy healthy children and a tumbled, muddle, very busy, messy life! I hope everyone and their lovely three year olds are well.x

ps have added an up todate pic - the main difference year on end for a girl is that their hair gets longer!

There is no way I can catch up this morning - dh working and boys are busy watching tv playing with educational things

The sun is shining, and I'm in quite a good mood considering I'm being made redundant If anyone can help (SOL) I would really appreciate it.

Still, life could be worse. Esp after that tragic accident on the M4 yesterday. So
