Just popping in to say "hello" as I am in towel while MIL watches Little Miss Nap-resistant. She will sleep on me, just not in her cot - very frustrating as she is a generally good sleeper at night and can settle herself.
Having said that we've only just got back on track with that after being away. But I think that might have been me rather than her. Every time I put her back she would cry so I would pick her up and it would take an hour to settle her. After a week I was fed up so I just left her and she makes a tiny cry as I leave the room and then just falls asleep.
[doh] emoticon for making life hard on myself.
But spring is sprunging here and so it is much nice to go for walks - no need for 95 layers.
Izzy has also graduated to her big-girl-pram. A very ancient predecessor (speling?) of the Loola-up that I like because the seat faces me, but I can't get it to recline fully. I am armed with WD40 so I will be trying again today to sort it.
Random thoughts on the pages and pages that I managed to read:
MAs - I nearly have an MA in TV studies, well when you have a dance degree there isn't any point in doing anything sensible for your masters. Except I never did write my dissatation.
Little girl dresses - I make them, I have a shop on etsy, though none are on-line at the moment as I have to change the button positions. Here they are on flickr
I hope to get back on track with this when we are in our own place and also start doing little fella things too.
Feeding - Izzy v keen on yoghurt and banana, french bread, brown toast, clementine. Though I think MIL got a bit carried away with the artichoke heart yesterday. She isn't entirely sure about potato other than as a way to decorate your face. (izzy not MIL)
Right better go as I can hear lil one fussing downstairs and I do need to get dressed at some point today.
