Ooooooo its here the eve of my wedding !!!

Feels very surreal at the moment as ive yet to start rushing about. Got my eyes to be tinted today,overnight bags to sort for ourselves and the kids,the buffet to prepare or start to anyway,the hall to organise,cake to pick up and so on and so on lol!!!

Gonna be a busy day but cant wait !!

Im feeling like a zombie today. Have been up most of the night with Henley. Think he was too hot to start off with but since 2am ish hes had this awful barking cough. Put him in bed with us and all he did was wriggle. DP got stressed, i got stressed i ended up sleeping on the floor next to the bed and then Henley joined me an hr later so got no sleep what so ever. Im shattered .

went to see doc yesterday- who checked dd over and has said she is fine, her hip is ok, not worried, limp is nothing to worry about it will correct itself, i asked for a scan or xray just to be sure and she said theres no need, .so thats a huge relief!!!!!!
whilst i was in there DD started wheezing a little and was very noisy when breathing, so doc checked her over and she has a slight chest infection i have a prescription but she told me not to use it unless dd got worse as is it will clear on its own so will see how she goes with that,

Hi all -- glad limp was nothing, SMHR.

My baby got a head gash from falling into a door a couple days ago. He's ok but I'm still shook up. Steri-strips come off tomorrow.

Baby is probably brewing chiknpox too, as ds2 had it earlier this week.

I am trying him with a childminder this week -- wibble! I need the change (I will do some paid work and some catch up around the house jobs). I hope it goes ok.

We need new thread titles soon... er, what?

Glad dd is fine Sarah.

Lljkk - my ds2 bumped his head when he was 17/18 months - was spinning around making himself dizzy then fell and hit his head on the front door hinge - was still spinning around a few hours later again though. He then managed to pull one of the steri strips off the next day - the little scar makes him look v distinguished. Was heartbreaking though - I was at work and went into a meeting just after dh had told me and I was in bits thinking about my baby!!

All good here - I definitely do not have a baby anymore - ds3 seems so grown up in a lot of ways (he thinks he's the same age as the other 2 and tries to do everything they do - 1 going on 5). Today he's been playing football, climbing onto the trampoline, on a roundabout and trying to get onto the bouncy castle at a party ds2 was at - it's fun but exhausting. Probably doesn't help that I got up at 6am this morning to go out for a 9 mile run

Hope everyone is ok - especially swotty - can't have much longer to go now.

How you doing swotty and news on the LO yet. Tis very exciting .

All is good here. Hating the crappy weather and loving the extra cuddles that im getting from DS at the moment. Hes learnt how to hug tight and is practicing on mummy.

Is anyone else worried about this "swine flue" thing. I am a little but dont know if i should be. I hope we dont catch it. I know i probably will due to my freaky immune system but i really dont want DS to catch it. Anyone else worried or am i just paranoid .

mini how was the big day, cant wait to see some pics.

We have good medical care here, Natalie, even if it goes global pandemic we are in the best position to ride it out. Must be grateful we're not in the Congo (I'm reading a book about there now, very ), or Bangladesh or Peru, where ordinary people will go down in droves potentially.

Just remember, you're more likely to get hit by a bus in the next month than come down with swine flu.

Missnat my best friend is in cancun at the moment with her DS (my godson, 10 months), DH, parents and grandma. I have texted her and she said nothing about it so I don't think they realise whats going on really. She's due back on Sunday but I haven't heard from her for a few days so I hope she's ok.

Hi everyone, sorry i have been away i have been having a really bad week, very down, crying and generally feeling un human!!!, seem to have pulled myself together but went thru a tough couple of days where i felt i was not in control at all, DS 's behaviour has been appalling and has not helped, he too seems ok again, thank goodness!!!!

i think its all to do with the implant, i have had hormone trouble and constant bleeding since it was fitted when Rosie was 8 weeks i have an appt to get it removed next week and am so relieved!!!!i would rather be preg again than have anohter week like the last one!!!!

my best friend has just told me she is 5 weeks preg with a big surprize baby!!!!! they have a daughter who is 4 and really didn;t plan any more children!!!!!! they are happy and so am i but it has made me sop broody!!!!!!am working on dh atm!!!!

mini i am so happy your day was perfect, your pics are stunning, Congrats to you and mr Mini!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Just popping in coz have been without broadband for WEEKS!!! we have moved house, moved in on the 14th April but have only just got the land line and broadband sorted.

Congrats on your wedding mini - my man is yet to make an honest woman of me - I'm beginning to think the only way I will be married is to pop the question myself!!

Sorry to hear about all the illness going round the lil ones! Seren has also been poorly over the last few days with sickness and now got the runs. But she has been okay with her booster jabs and MMR.

SMHR - My big sis had a terrible time with her contraceptive implant and also had to get it removed. She had bad mood swing, bad bleeding and bad weight gain- so all in all a pretty shite time of it. Hope you feel better quickly once it's been removed.

Omy- am I right in thinking you are still breast feeding? is anyone else still at it too? or is it just me? I am feeling really self conscious about breast feeding in public now that seren is 14 month old - she's a big bugger too, so looks older than she is and I think the general public might be disgusted at breast feeding a toddler........ am I just being paranoid??

Well......... Thats a much longer post than I had intended! I'll shut up now and try to catch up with news further back on the thread!!
