If dh and I go to the cinema on Friday, what should we see? Don't waste your breath saying the Golden Compass .

Tis GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

Alvin and the Chipmunks?

Jas · 09/12/2007 22:41

10/11 is too old for those music boxes ow. 7/8 maybe.

DD1 got one at 5 and wasn't interested. DD2 was desperate for one at 6 and I bough her one last christmas.

lol. Not tiny (unless you mean the house), but freakishly friendly. We have street parties and apart from dps cousin(came out and swore and shouted alot during firework party because it was too noisy - at 6pm!) everyone joins in.

Come anytime after 12.30 csws

We don't usually get scary women but there are two who keep arriving at quarter to 3 knowing that the woman whose house it is will be leaving for the school run, and I end up staying and making them tea.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 09/12/2007 22:42

lol

Hmmm, quite fancy August Rush. Anyone seen it? Wonder if dh will be up for it .

EachPeachPearMum · 09/12/2007 22:45

Am coveting these though....

Jas · 09/12/2007 22:48

CantSleighWontSleigh · 09/12/2007 22:50

This is quite nice from their site, but doesn't look as good in gold.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 09/12/2007 22:52

Right oh. Toddlers finishes at 11:30, so I'll do something quick for lunch as soon as we get in and then head down to you (or on the off chance that I'm really organised I'll do her a packed lunch and she can eat it enroute).

EachPeachPearMum · 09/12/2007 22:58

I am too short to wear that style
I have an 11" back! Its always difficult to get tops that fit well, without gaping completely at the front- even normal v-necks are sometimes too low.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 09/12/2007 22:59

How tall are you?

OP posts:
EachPeachPearMum · 09/12/2007 22:59

But I really like the earrings that match ...hmm...

EachPeachPearMum · 09/12/2007 23:02

I am 5 foot nothing! My legs are almost normal length LOL

Ok, I sound like a freak!

FlamesparodyOfAChristmasName · 09/12/2007 23:03

Oooh I like that one CSWS

FlamesparodyOfAChristmasName · 09/12/2007 23:03

Lol! I have a normal length body, but with long legs

CantSleighWontSleigh · 09/12/2007 23:09

[laughs at freak in corner]

See flame - I have good taste!

I am a normal length, it's just that that length is my width .

PhoeNixYouAMerryChristmas · 10/12/2007 08:57

I've no idea whats wrong with ds, he took ages to go to sleep last night it was nearly 9 when he was eventually quiet (went to bed at 7) he was awake at 12.30 til about 1 then was wide awake again at 3.30 til about 5 throwing his dummys and teletubbies out of his cot then crying so i had to go up and pick them up lay him down etc. then he'd start bouncing and throw them all out again, i think i went up to him about 5 times before he settled back to sleep. He was then up at 7.20 and he's just throwing himself around crying now, won't eat his cheerios so i'm thinking he's tired again after been up nearly all night. I'm working at 10.20 today so i'm hoping he'll go to sleep in the car on the way to my mums.

Phoenix we had a bad night too, dd2 up at am screaming her head off for no apparent reason, dd1 up at 4am having 'leaked' (bless I keep telling her she can't leak if she has no nappy on she's merely wee'd herself ) and then dd2 at 6am again wondering if it could be teeth, she only calmed down after 10mins of lying on my chest screaming, then fell asleep then I had to try and move her, as its cute when newborns do that, but bloody heavy when the 21 mth old does that!
