T-shirt is a lovely idea except I really love ironing, especially ickle baby clothes. .

CD - I ahven't forgotten about those books, just haven't got around to posting them - it's on my list of things to do......

Let's hope these babies get their collective acts together soon, they seem determined to break us down through sleep deprivation at the moment!

I love neurofen - 2 hours ago ds was wheezing, hot and wailing. Now he's busy chasing balloons around (though he still sounds like a set of bagpipes....).

CaptainDippy · 20/11/2007 18:44

There always has to be one eh, Liath!!

Poop to crappy night Elkie Hope tonight is heaps better .....

List for T-Shirts is as follows ......

Bramshott - 12 - 18m, pink.

SexonLegs - 1 - 2yrs & 5 - 6yrs, pink.

StealthPolarBear - 9 - 12m, red.

PeshaCake · 20/11/2007 18:56

Dippy when you know how much it'll be and when you need the money can you let me know and I'll let you know then if I want one, if thats ok? ( have confused myself with that sentence but hopefully you know what i mean!) We have over spent this month and second half of vets bill going out soon so we're just a little bit in the shit!! But hopefully if this telesales thing goes well I might have some spare money next month

D has had a 10 min nap today and thats it! He didnt even doze when he was feeding he was wide awake looking up at me He's whinging now though so hopefully will have a feed and then go down for the night.

PillockOfTheCommunity · 20/11/2007 19:00

MEET-UPS,THISISIMPORTANT

Joe is much better, no temperature now, and no sign of spots, but he obviously had some sort of virus, and as the pox is going round the nursery he could still be carrying it

If (and that is a big if at the moment) we still came to the meet-ups, would anyone have a problem with that? I will completely understand if they do, and would rather know now than him show signs off pox on thursday night and have to disappoint Matthew at least if I know it will be a problem then I can plan the avoidance for M

f'ing hell...dh has just come through...he was chopping an onion and the blade has come right out of the handle of the knife

NorthernLurker · 20/11/2007 19:32

nb - where are you buying your onions - tough or what

oooggs · 20/11/2007 19:58

Hi all off to do some glossing (I will be in the bedroom by the weekend!!!)

StealthPolarBear · 20/11/2007 20:37

Dippy, can I change my mind, oooggs pointed out it would make sense to have one in a bigger size for when the weather's better!
So that's:
Bramshott - 12 - 18m, pink.

SexonLegs - 1 - 2yrs & 5 - 6yrs, pink.

StealthPolarBear - 12 - 18m (or whatever the size is), red.

Eddas - 4 - 5yrs, pink. 9 - 12m, blue.

Oooggs - 12 - 18m, pink & blue.

bumble - 12 - 18m, pink.

Elkiedee - 12 - 18m, NOT pink .

NorthernLurker - 12 - 18m, white

normabutty - 12 - 18m, pink

and don't forget yourself!

How weird would it be if one of us went out in our home town and saw another baby wearing one? What would you say??

CaptainDippy · 20/11/2007 20:38

No probs about checking the price 1st, Pillock and Pesha - completely understand. will know in a couple of days or so; but guessing it'll be about £8 ish.....

I feel shocking.

StealthPolarBear · 20/11/2007 20:39

really, what's up?
I have a sore throat and gland ache, hope i haven't given it to you

Sexonlegs · 20/11/2007 20:44

Hi all.

CD, what's up?

Liath, pmsl at describing ds as sounding like bagpipes!

POTC, I have no problem with you all coming along on Friday. Lo's are going to pick stuff up wherever.

SPB, sorry you are feeling pants I was the same last week.

How is everyone?

All ok here. K has been a bit whingy today which is out of character for her. Probably due to her only sleeping for half an hour after lunch - she usually has an hour to an hour and a half. She was so knackered by bedtime she only took 4 ounces of milk! Completely out of it.

StealthPolarBear · 20/11/2007 20:48

Hope K is OK and it is just lack of sleep SOL.
OK I'm getting of all the toothy babies as T is still gummy - own up, who has teeth and who doesn't!!

NorthernLurker · 20/11/2007 20:49

If I saw a baby wearing one of those t-shirts I would say 'you are an April 2007 baby and I claim my five pounds'

NorthernLurker · 20/11/2007 20:50

We have two teeth - and I think there may be more on the way as B very unhappy this evening - and bit me on the shoulder!

CaptainDippy · 20/11/2007 20:51

Just so full of cold and feeling grotty - can't even think straight. Bleurgh.....

CaptainDippy · 20/11/2007 20:52

Oooooh teeth - we don't do teeth in DippyLand, so I'll have to live vacariously (or however it is spelt.....) through all of your LO's gnashers .....

StealthPolarBear · 20/11/2007 20:55

me too, who needs teeth anyway

Eddas · 20/11/2007 20:55

spb ds is toothless

Took dd til 9.5mths to get any but she always got them 2 at a time. You'll probably wake up one morning with him grining at you all teethy

Teething is evil takes forever and hurts the poor little mites I vote for fully toothed (or is that teethed or is neither an actual word) babies at birth, although bfers always seem to disagree

StealthPolarBear · 20/11/2007 20:56

after I've finished this very sugary ice cream I might find out...

PeshaCake · 20/11/2007 20:56

Thanks Dippy Whats up, are you ok?

My babys broken It's not sleeping, I don't know why. It seems quite happy without sleeping. I am not! He had his 10 mins about 2 this afternoon, absolutely nothing before or since until about half 7 when he fell asleep feeding on just 1 side, I left him till about 8.15 and carried him upstairs to lie down and feed on the other side if he woke up which he did. He fed, little arm and hand waving around the whole time then he starts staring up at me. He whinged so I sat him up to wind and before I know it he's smiling at me, chewing on my necklace and growling - bloody WIDE awake. So we're back downstairs and he's rolling about on the floor playing

Eddas · 20/11/2007 20:57

pesha, give him some calpol

PeshaCake · 20/11/2007 20:58

Sorry being abit slow as usual!

D has 4 teeth and another right there but not yet cut through. Have I told you about his freak tooth? I know I've thought of telling you but cant remember if i actually did or not!

PeshaCake · 20/11/2007 20:59

Eddas I'm very tempted! The second he grumbles I'll be there with the syringe!!
