Morning all.....

Thought I'd start a new thread as the other was huge.

Bit late now but big hug to Beau..... hope you went back to sleep little man.

J & M still asleep, it's one good thing about having Mum & Dad around, I don't have to wake the girls up to do the school run.

Oh Julie the suited boy is adorable! Where did you get the outfit? I want one

I enjoyed myself very much at the KK night, we got as many donuts as we wanted while we walked round the HUGE coffee shop and then got given a dozen origional glazed to take away! The kids were wearing the hats, dragging ballons around and having a whale of a time. I now have KK's 20 minutes away

Beau is finally looking better, Hugs is on the medn too. I have been rushed off my feet baking, going to 3 toddler parties and all the other kerfuffle that goes with school and Xmas. Today is Jonah's Xmas play, he is a lamb. I will take photos and post later, he knows his lines well.

Next week DD is Mary in the school nativity play, held in the local church. Looking forward to that too. She is very pleased.

TYG craving fruit never lasts, soon the junk will come out... remember dh banning you from sweeties last time Im so of you. When will you tell your folks? I would have paid for a private scan by now the suspense would kill me! Imagine if you find out you are 2 months already, that would be fab!

AChristmasMeadow · 12/12/2007 16:01

StarlightStarbrightSKYTVtonite · 12/12/2007 16:08

Did I really post that I was a little disappointed that the pregnancy test was negative????

Well apparently it wasn't !!!!

DP says not to tell people but I had to tell you all. Don't tell him I told you though.

Back later to read your comments !!!

largevirginbirthandtonic · 12/12/2007 16:28

AChristmasMeadow · 12/12/2007 16:44

I do feel a bit that it wont be me posting news like that. Dh says no more so even if i wanted another i'm not allowed. I will just have to be an honoury cyber auntie instead.

StarlightStarbrightSKYTVtonite · 12/12/2007 17:56

Thanks for the congrats.

We are still trying to take it in and are in a bit of shock . Happy though.

I know what you mean about not telling people though TYG - but virtual stragners knowing - we are not even going to tell the DDs for a while but at least I have you lot to chat to.

We will need a larger car, double pushchair etc!! We will also need a bigger house but there is no way we can afford one. Also, I won't be able to work and we won't be able to afford childcare for two.

Better go as just off to DD2s swimming club party.

AChristmasMeadow · 12/12/2007 18:01

Hi all. Sky a big Congrats !!!

Well ladies. Christmas cards are in the mail. Presents are wrapped. The only thing I have to do is send my sister her things that are in a box ready to get dropped of tomorrow. I'm feeling very happy right now. I can officially relax and plan Christmas dinner with ease.

anneme · 12/12/2007 22:53

OK this thread is now dangerous to be on - is it catching?!? (actually there is a bit of me which would like to be preg again - but I think that is it....maybe

Anyone got any suggestions re POO. S is waking at 5.30 and pooing - then does not want to go back to sleep. HAving said that I have just changed a dirty nappy ~(10.30) so maybe that will let me off the early morning dirty nappy. Are there any magic mummy ideas for stopping them pooing whilst asleep at night Sorry if tmi but i need help!!!

OMG - TWO of you - I'm back on babies now!!!

anneme · 12/12/2007 23:17

11.10 - just had to pop downstairs and change ANOTHER dirty nappy. I am pretty sure that he is not ill and that these are normal dirty nappies - there just seem to be TOO MANY OF THEM. I'm going to bed - to prepare for a 5 am poo alarm call - YUCK

largevirginbirthandtonic · 13/12/2007 07:58

Aneme im with you honey on the poo front. B is pooing for Great Britain atm, night time too. Have no idea why and no suggestions sorry! Plenty of sympathy though.

Im off shopping today i still have my secret santa pressie to buy

juliewoolie · 13/12/2007 08:20

oh can you pass some of the poo here. A is a little backed up, >

If we all get our arses in gear we could all be on the same due in thread again.

Well DP is meant o be on his way to Monte Carlo today, instead he has just texted me to say he is still on a very icy foggy runway at Heathrow, they had better not cancel his flight I am looking forward to a sleep filled night of no snoring.

Mrs JB your nearly there keep the faith you will be cooking indoors this time in a couple of weeks.

MKG well done Christmas really is quite manic - we have decided to ditch our go to a hotel for lunch as after last weeks attempt to spend the arvo in a restraunt with friends when A just bellowed his way through the meal. So off to M&S next weekend for all the fab party style food and a lovely turkey crown for 2 1/2.

Hows everyone doing on weaning A is loving solid food, are you giving your lO's a proper christmas dinner?

AChristmasMeadow · 13/12/2007 08:47

Morning,

Jack always used to poo in the night so am very pleased that Ella doesnt! Hope you got let off your early morning poo call Anneme.

Hi MrsJB, am really looking forward to seeing the kitchen pictures. Can i also have a webcam guided tour?? ALSO, i have booked the week off work to come and see you How does the 27th of March suit?? I have to be here for the 26th as its my mums birthday and would be shot if not

Julie, thank you m'lovely. Actually, please can i have your address

So, MrsJB, Cam and myself would just like to get a better understanding of the role of cyber aunts..... if you are suffering with ms and, say for example, you have a nice cake or box of chox that you cant eat.... do they get passed to us??? Just need to clarify these things in advance

Mum2G · 13/12/2007 09:38

Hi all

Congrats Sky!

Glad poorly mums and babies are feeling better

I had to do a test a couple of months ago, but was very relieved it was negative Definately being extra careful! Not quite ready for another little sproglett, enjoyed having a cuddle with a ten week old yesterday though!

We are off up north tommorrow for a wedding on the weekend - i am giving the hat idea a miss on account of the fact that George would probably try and eat it, so am wearing some feathers, he can eat them instead th wedding is at 4pm so i hope George doesn't shout through the vows!!

After sleeping from 7 til 5 every night, George has started waking up in the night for a feed, can't seem to get any more down him during the day, so am hoping it is just a growth spurt. He is doing quite well on his weaning, he is mostly on two meals a day but occasionally will have some breakfast, his dad tried to give him sweet potatoe for breakfast yesterday! i think we will try and see if he will have some mushed up xmas dinner!

Got all me christmas shopping done, just got to wrap em, i hate wrapping! Off to get my hair cut today, G had his first haircut this week, £2 for a short back and sides at the barbers, i wasn't even going to try and attempt it myself. Poor mite looks like somone had put a pudding bowl on his head! He has got a reindeer outfit to wear for the festivities!
